The National Rifle Association is America’s largest gun rights organization with more than five million members. But a sizable number of Democrats views it as a terrorist group and believes it should be against the law for Americans to belong to pro-gun rights organizations like the NRA.

Following several recent mass shootings, officials in San Francisco declared the NRA a domestic terrorist organization. The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that nearly one-out-of-three Likely Democratic Voters (32%) favor declaring the gun rights group a terrorist organization in the community where they live.

The disregard for the 1st and 2nd Amendment tells us just what percent of nutters we have in the Democratic Party. The Right to Assemble is a primary right held by Americans.

The NRA was started to help recently freed slaves defend themselves against the KKK.

The modern day NRA is one of the most misrepresented organizations in the U.S.A. thanks to a deceitful MSM and sect of Leftists / Democrats that care more about taking away the right to bear arms, due to their Authoritarian aspirations, which the 2nd Amendment thwarts.

 

The modern NRA supports essentially all of the gun control we've got. They're as far from being a domestic terrorist org as they are from being a gun rights org these days.

That said, as a life member, the NRA has become fraught with corruption at the top. Donate to the SAF of NSSF and see your cash put to better use. Besides it will take the malcontent lefties decades to figure out that is where the gun manufacturers donate their money for lobbying purposes. Shhh!

The 2nd Amendment is here to stay, and there is ZERO Chance that it will ever be repealed (regardless of any sort of "poll" showing what a small amount of Dems feel about the NRA).

Authoritarianism is a growing trend in this country, and the dangerous thing about that is it feeds into itself. When one side uses government powers to suppress it's opposition, the opposing side does the exact same thing.

As for the NRA being founded to help freed slaves from the KKK, that is not accurate. The NRA was founded to improve the marksmanship of the union army, or at least that is what the NRA themselves say their organization was founded on

I don't think the 1st and 3rd through the 10th mentions NAACP either. Neither does the 2nd, but the NAACP doesn't talk about that one either.
