    *shrug*

Disagreeing is fine with us on the right.

That's why we don't call people "race traitors" that vote for Democrats, unlike Democrats.

PUNCH BACK TWICE AS HARD: NRA sues San Francisco for declaring it a domestic terrorist organization.

The lawsuit was filed Monday in the U.S. District Court in San Francisco. SF and the Board of Supervisors "adopted a new government policy that blacklists anyone linked to the NRA." The resolution violates the organization's first and fourteenth amendment rights.

If SF and the Board of Supervisors were a little brighter and more tolerant of diversity of opinion the Court would not have to step in and instruct elected officials that freedom of speech means you cannot silence or punish those with whom you disagree.

"The Resolution's 'terrorist' designation is a frivolous insult—but San Francisco's actions pose a non-frivolous constitutional threat," the NRA said.

"In the face of recent, similar blacklisting schemes, financial institutions have expressed reluctance to provide bank accounts for disfavored political groups, and city contractors fear losing their livelihoods if they support or even work with the NRA."

The NRA is expected to stop SF from "interfering" in its exercise of rights, protect the relationships businesses in SF have with the NRA and prevent this crazed City Government from taking action against them and attempting to enforce their unconstitutional resolution that was passed on September 4.

The organization is asking for damages and for an injunction against SF and the Board of Supervisors.

John Kerry while running for President, showed up in PA in waders and walked into a bait shop and asked: "Is this where I can git me a huntin' license?"

They used to at least fake it.

US mass shooters exploited gaps, errors in background checks.

There will always be a loophole or an error. The solution is not to make law more draconian. The solution is to enable, teach and facilitate self-defense. (A.k.a. what Jesus termed the “sell your cloak and buy a sword” plan.)

If the Right defended Roe v. Wade with the same zeal they defended the 2nd Amendment, we might actually have a country.

They won't ever admit that they are the real fascists. Why? Because the left is ethically bankrupt.

I can agree with that, in principle. Though they would only ever do so to protect body autonomy, and since both sides seem fine with coerced vaccination, body autonomy is pretty much abandoned bipartisanly. Without body autonomy, abortion is just about having responsibility-free sex.

    PolitiFact Butchers Fact-Check...

“Trump says VA gov Ralph Northam talked about ‘after the baby was born the Dr will talk to the mother and make a decision about whether the baby lives.’ We rated his similar claim about abortion False,” PolitiFact tweeted in a live fact-check of Trump’s rally.

PolitiFact lies. In fact, Trump’s quote was an accurate summary of comments Northam made on a radio show in January.

Northam said that if a mother went into labor during an abortion, “the infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and mother.”

PolitiFact editor Angie Drobnic Holan didn’t immediately return a request for comment on the fact check.

PolitiHacks similarly lied during a live fact-check of an Arizona Senate debate in November 2018. PolitiFact incorrectly labeled it “mostly false” that Democratic Arizona Sen. Kyrsten Sinema “protested troops in a pink tutu.”

It’s an established fact that Sinema, a former Green Party activist who co-founded an anti-war group, wore a pink tutu at one of the multiple anti-war protests she attended in 2003.

    So what?

Trump LIES 24/7. (All Day/Every Day).

And what does any of your post have to do with the OP Topic involving the NRA?:bored:

Anyway, back to the actual topic:

The 2A is here to stay, so I don't think that the poll even matters.

PS--Any good Copypasta to refute that?:salute:

He's your POTUS for the next 6 years if you are lucky.

    10 years if you aren't.

Dems have a history of opposing the 1st Amendment, and our right to freely assemble. In particular with civil rights groups that are righting for freedoms. Let's not forget NAACP v Alabama where the DNC in Alabama was trying to force the NAACP to release the names of it's members so they could harass them and keep them from registering people to vote, republican

    You know what's funny?

The same people now advocating for "red flag" laws are the same people screaming in support of the Roe V. Wade decision.

    Why is this funny?

The justification for R v W was built entirely on the right to privacy and the 14th amendment of due process.

That's right. The same people screaming about abortions couldn't give a flying **** about the underlying reasons abortion was declared legal at the federal level.

Also, if the left actually adhered to the decision in Roe, we probably would not be in the situation we are in.

Roe only covers 1st trimester abortions.

Yet today, we're having Presidential candidates suggest abortion is ok if we prevent a baby from taking it's first breath.

"Kill it before it can breathe."

The hypocrisy and lack of knowledge here is stunning.

Even Roe didn't agree with the ruling.

We know, Democrats figured it out pretty early, right after the Civil War when they invented the Klan and started pushing for gun control, to keep them colored folks in line. You popping corks for that too?
