    That is utter bullshit.

Saying, "We are going to replace Obamacare" is not a replacement.

You said he didn't propose this; this is not correct. Then only thing you said thus far that is accurate is true was that he never replaced it, but not for a lack of trying. However, your OP implies that he simply was too busy playing golf (or other things Trump likes to do) to do so, which is disingenuous.

No one took him literally. Cheering at a rally seems strange to you? They cheer at everything.

Meanwhile, leave it to Democrats to obstruct Trump at every turn, and then waste countless time and money first on RussiaRussiaRussia and then on the impeachment sham, and then they turn around and complain because Trump isn't getting things done fast enough  (And then when he does get things done they either complain about it, try to take credit, or they fight to have it reversed.)

Few Democrats in Washington, and none on this board, have any grounds to complain about how much Trump has or has not accomplished so far as President.

It's just a statement from the White House, which references Better Care Reconciliation Act of 2017, better known as H.R. 1628. If you were serious about understanding the truth, you'd know this.

"Didn't appear to try," is just more disingenuous rhetoric.

Where is this wonderful universal, low cost, health care plan Trump promised? You know, the one that was going to be so much better than Obamacare. Instead he and his cohorts are trying desperately in state courts to strip Obamacare from its preexisting conditions provision. Where is this Great Wall of America that Mexico was going to pay for? Where is this great infrastructure plan promised in the election? How about that great and wonderful illegal immigration plan that would stop all traffic at the border? Where is Trump's great and beautiful plan to stop North Korean nuclear programs? Where is that easy fix to China trade? Where is Trump's great and super fantastic powerful influence at G-7, G-20, and the U.N.? Perhaps he really does know more about everything than anybody with his enormous and beautiful brain.

The straw man in Democrats argument that "Republicans have no plan to replace Obamacare," is that Republicans did not want Obamacare in the first place. Why would anyone "replace" something they never wanted? That's like saying, "We have our big-government solution. Where is your replacement big-government solution?"

Republicans want private-sector, free market solutions, not big, inefficient , ineffective and expensive federal solutions.

Trump has backed up the pre-existing condition mandate that insurers can't cancel an individual. He backs transparency in healthcare pricing, so that you know what you are going to be charged before receiving care, and if it's not "urgent", you can price-shop providers like any other service. Price transparency and competition brings down prices. He also is about to pass a purchase agreement with Canada for us to import generic drugs much less expensively than the name-brands we buy here.

All of the Republican "replacements" have to do with making markets more efficient without taxing everyone or forcing anyone to buy anything, and keeping the federal government away from trying to have complete control over an entire industry. Healthcare should be cheaper with more options. Government interference only makes things more expensive and less plentiful.

    Oh wow!

With the " worlds leading expert on the ACA" and the Trump's expertise of windmill technology (it causes cancer!), you and he should take the 2020 election easy!

And as soon as you have that 99.99999% of those verifiable "facts" show us the error of our ways, it's a Slam Dunk! Just like the Iraq War!

Ok, so what is the plan to replace? I think the repeal would have gone better if there was actually a beautiful plan to replace

if there is a plan, provide a link

Upholding Our Promise to Repeal and Replace Obamacare

    July 14, 2017

    2 minute read

On Wednesday, I headed to the Bluegrass State to turn up the heat on a promise that every Republican made to the American people—before the summer is out, we will repeal and replace Obamacare...

No, seriously, where's Trump's replacement plan?
