    We have a handicap. Rules. We're the good guys. He was a bad guy. If we get him by breaking our own rules, then we become no better than him. I have no problem with his passing or our being the instrument of such, as long as it was done legally...by our rules, the War Powers Act, and international law. Our exceptionalism lies in our values, not our technological superiority...IMO. And, I have questions regarding both our adherence to the War Powers Act and International Law; the former with the way Congress was notified, the latter with the way the Iraqis were NOT notified prior to the attack. IMO, the end seldom justifies the means and to think so takes us down a slippery slope.

    Well it's spelled out pretty clearly in the law. You know, that thing that used to matter? If not notified prior to the action then he must say why it was delayed.

    I did. That's what's there. If you have any evidence to the contrary, I'll gladly read it. Otherwise I'm gonna go with what is available.

    Thank you for tacitly acknowledging that Obama DID inform Congress about the OBL attack.

    Moving the goalposts doesn't alter the FACT that Obama did it by the book whereas your IMPOTUS can't even read a book!

    Obama never notified Congress, CIA director Leon Panetta did without Obama's permission. Likely because Obama was violating international law by conducting a military operation without the knowledge or consent of the foreign country where the operation took place.

    Panetta was the Obama Cabinet Member in CHARGE of the search for OBL so it makes sense that HE would be the one to notify Congress of the Seal Team covert action on behalf of the Obama administration!

    Nitpicking DESPERATION all you have left now?

    Sorry, but I think your constant sour grapes stem from the fact 1) You know Trump will be re-elected and 2) Trump will NEVER be convicted in the Senate trial. Plus Trump's Presidency makes Obama's look like a smudge in the seat of the countries BVD's.
