By comparison to Sanders, 87 percent of former vice president Joe Biden's supporters said yes to voting for whoever wins the nomination, 9 percent it depends on the winning candidate, and 5 percent said no to anyone that is not Biden.

And 90 percent of Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren's supporters said they would vote for whoever is the nominee, while the remaining 10 percent said it depended on who won the nomination.

Its becoming increasingly clear that the DNC/MSM (they are one entity) has chosen Biden and Warren over Sanders.

Bernie supporters were already burned once in 2016, and it caused many to stay home or vote 3rd party.

This suggests that in 2020, significantly more Bernie supporters will stay home or vote 3rd party if Bernie does not win the nomination.

 

They just obviously Don't treat Bernie the same as the other by way of media coverage

Given a BINARY Choice would they (actually) prefer Trump?

This isn't just "as of now"-the resentment has been steadily rising for the last 4 years, and apparently the political price to the DNC will be higher this time.

I doubt many would vote Trump but surely some will vote 3rd party or just stay home.

In 2016, 12% of Bernie supporters voted for Trump, I expect that number to rise. The MSM "predicted" 3%.

That puts the Dems down 7 million votes from the start. Since Bernie is registered to run in all states as a Democrat AND an Independent, I can see him teaming up with Jill Stein to make it a 3 way race.
