My sons have nothing to do with this. I don't have any sons in Congress. If you remember the vote was against additional testimony and evidence. And during the impeachment process witness testimony and evidence was denied by the accused. So your claim is not true.

    See above.

When a grand jury indicts, there is still a trial with witnesses and evidence regardless of how overwhelming the grand jury indictment is with its own witnesses and testimony. The same is true (or should be) in any trial for impeachment. Any trial that bars witnesses and evidence is not a trial. This is how a banana republic operates.

The incompetent House prosecutors had every ability to bring any witness or piece of evidence available under the law. They failed to do so, either because they are retarded or because they thing you're retarded

Nothing you posted even if true changes the fact that a trial where evidence and witnesses are suppressed is not a trial.

Todays ranting, by a freshly orange coated president, was about the most disgusting show put on by someone who is supposed to be a world leader I have witnessed in my lifetime. Dirty Donalds behavior was even more disgusting than normal for him, and that's saying something!

The banana republic dems have been in a dirty war against a duly elected president even before he assumed the presidency along with msm.

Even using a political driven impeachment . The front man has been the most dishonest dem ever. ..Schiff. And a snake in the grass The stereotype of a dirty scumbag lawyer.

Being a lawyer should disqualify one to hold a seat in the house or senate .

One Mind, impeachment is a political tool.

    Do you understand that?

Trump is the most dishonest President ever.

Truth, justice and the American way has prevailed!
Now we know impeachment can't be used as a partisan weapon.
Do not mourn, but rejoice. Now your party is also safe from impeachment HOAXES

It is highly debatable as to whether the “House prosecutors had every ability to bring any witness or piece of evidence available under the law.” You may be right that they had the “ability”, however they were blocked by the President and it might have taken a lengthy constitutional battle to get that done. But again that does not change anything I posted. You’re avoiding those facts and trying to divert the issue with your insult laced conjecture. It is inexcusable and even criminal for the Senate to violate their individual Oath, work with the accused and vote on a disposition without a legitimate trial.

I don't need to see above.

The Democrat controlled house had 17 witnesses.

    There was no witness suppression.

If Sen. Brown is such a paragon of bravery, perhaps she could have named the senators who have been speaking to her.

*sigh*. I guess we’ll just have to take her word for it. Or not ....

That is the way to settle it. Glad you understand that. Presidents should be removed from office by elections, not congress.

Debatable? Anything under the law was available to them.
They could bring any witness they chose, under the law. They failed to have any of them compelled. They failed to even attempt it.
    That's pathetic

What’s truly pathetic is your failure to address my point and diverting it with your conjecture. It’s ok though I understand any phony tactic to try to defend your hero and the complicit criminals in the Senate. It isn’t working.

My point stands unchallenged, thanks anyway.

    Conjecture?
Do you disagree that the House Dems could have compelled any witness available, under the law?

Yes, all Repubs should agree with Dems in order to be honorable. See how that works?

Romney is honorable, spiritgide, yes, very much so, and his opponents not so much.

Trump looked so bad to the country today with his crying and whining.

Romney is a sore loser out for revenge. He'll back stab anybody that gets in his way. Romney's pathetic heap of dung.
Trump looked like a true leader today. Triumphant!

Pelosi looked like a crazy bat *** ****! I suggest that she seek some professional help.

Distortion of perception can get really, really nasty.
Any rational person knows that Trump isn't perfect in his personality Such rational people also know that he's doing a better job that any president in decades.
That same rational person can look at the behavior of the opposition, starting with the announcement Trump was going to run- and feel a shame that the democrat and liberal people in this country could abandon all self-respect and standards and make jackasses of themselves over their politics. That has been non-stop from day one. Total dismissal of self-respect in order to throw trash. Destroy Trump's win at any cost- can it's costing them plenty. I used to respect democrats as rational people who had different views on things. Now, I consider the chances of a democrat being rational as an exception. Just staying with the party taking this attitude in kind of damning. I feel an honorable person would be compelled to leave the party and openly say why.

If you don't like Trump's style- fine. I didn't like Obama's and I had voted for him- and I felt he turned out to be a fraud, but I wasn't willing to act like a fool and go berserk in criticizing him. We don't see criticism of the usual things we expect in politics with Trump- the accomplishments- because the opposition has nothing to work with. They just sort of ignore such things, of downright lie about them. This fits right in with the perception of it being entirely personal hostility. They all mocked Trump during the campaign, gloated in advance like punk kids would do- and got their plow cleaned. That stings when it's all been done publicly and you find you have made a fool of yourself. They are and should be embarrassed, but rather than own up to that immaturity, they double down- time after time. My sympathy for any claim of such people has dried up. They don't deserve respect- and I'm a person who thinks all reasonable people do. If they were children in my charge, they would all be in the woodshed. These are grown up bodies, harboring childish and undisciplined minds and acting out just as spoiled kids would.

What you think you see- is the illusion the left media wants you to believe. Trump IS winning, and the dems are losing- even with all the trash and garbage they have thrown at him all this time. Perhaps someday they will get over it and decide to join the adult community again. I certainly hope so. For now- it's the poorest demonstration of character absence I've ever seen.

Trump look fine- and the polls show it. Stronger every day. He's gaining votes from dems the party had driven away with their irrational extremes. Can't find a candidate that has the slightest chance either. It's sad, and disappointing.

The country is toast. There will never be reconciliation.

The republicans admit that they are supporting a tyrant. This is a war.

That's one of those issues that bothers me a lot. When we demand representatives be loyal to the party and the party be loyal to the president, any belief in a democratic system is a bad joke. Seriously, if that's the way we do things, what's the point of having representatives? Do we really want the Executive to have that kind of power?
