Last night we had another democrat debate with no American flag on stage.

Again there was a democrat debate with no American flag on stage. Maybe it is to be expected since they display so many anti American traits.

This is so bad that one news person said that the democrat party needs to be investigated to see if they have any ties to America.

Any members here care to explain how and why democrats wont have a flag on stage during their debates?

 

When you can't attack the substance, you have to attack the inane and irrelevant. Pathetic.

 

It is NOT irrelevant to American patriots.

 

Iowa gives us all the substance needed. People who want to take over our healthcare, take over energy production; people who want to take over selecting our leaders because they claim Americans can't be trusted with the ballot, can't count their own primary votes.

You'd think that they would at least have gone with one of their pretty little rainbow flags . . . or would that be considered a DNC sanctioned endorsement of Buttigieg?

The rule is to show respect for it, what it represents, and respect those that have fought and died for it.

Who else didn't even know the Dems had a debate last night? I didn't. The last one I tried to watch was cringeworthy.

 

It just takes common sense, if you respect it.

 

Last year the first true love of my life was running for a position in California's democrat party. She's so committed to progressiveness that she was a delegate for Sanders in Philly in 2016. Anyway, she knows I'm pretty good at Photoshop and asked me to help her make a flyer for her campaign and I said OK. So she sent me a photo of herself along with 4 logos of different progressive California factions I asked her if she wanted me to put an American flag on the flyer and she said absolutely not. She informed me that none of the other candidates would ever put an American flag on their campaign literature because, and this is a quote, they look too republicany.

She was a stunningly beautiful woman during the 3 years I was with her. Stunning.

 

How can anybody not understand why the American flag should be on stage with people who are in the process of asking to lead America?

 

Biden looked terrible, Butigeg kicked ass but all of them want our guns and none of them want to kill terrorists.

 

That speaks to the audience, the values of the voters they are courting.

 

No substance to attack. When you have a group of morons on a manure pile, there is little to argue about, the condition is self-evident. Lacking more to offer- nothing to discuss except it being what it is.

When they seek positions of power in this nation- their lack of respect for this nation, for it's symbols, it's values and it's constitution are highly relevant to all those proud to be Americans.

 

it’s a very ”Interesting” choice. Why not have one? Who are they thinking might be offended that they do not want to offended?

 

Come to think of it...the decor looked similar to what an EU event might look like. Perhaps they were envisioning a "Global" look.

 

They don't want to anger their core base.

The entire stage is a red, white, and blue and white star affair ... the constantly moving graphics showed waving American flag symbols ...
I guess it's the end of the world for some. It was just the choice of the Art Director of the channel in question.

But I guess you need something to bitch about, so have at it.
