Biden performed weakly, and I think this is a sign that Democrats should stop running 70+ year old candidates, and should go back to what won them the 1960 election(JFK), 1992(Bill Clinton) and 2008/2012(Obama.) The Party should be looking at its 30-40 year olds and grooming them for 2024.
Biden was certainly hoping for Florida, Georgia, NC and Virginia. Don't know how much he thought Michigan.
I know I am supposed to slam here, but in fact it's too early for either Trump or Biden supporters to crow about any of this. Don't forget that most states have got massive numbers of mail in votes to process and that most courts have ruled that you don't cease counting them just because election day has come and gone. We might have a declared winner tonight without him in fact being the winner. So take heart and hang in there. It ain't over 'til it's over.
Tell me about it lol. When he declared "I'mma go women, just because" he literally delegitimized his campaign. And even then, he could've picked any other woman. I even gave him a list!(on this forum) and Kamala Harris wasn't on that list.

Pete is by far more intelligent than Harris (and Biden). The problem is he's gay. And unfortunately black people hate gays. But not as much as the Catholic Hispanics. So a gay candidate is a non-starter for democrats.
I think Beto shot himself in the foot in Texas when he said, "Hell, yes, we're going to take your AR15's". Joe blew it by saying he'd get rid of fossil fuels. Still, Texas is too close for comfort!
Bad idea to announce he'd pick a black woman weeks before picking a black woman. I think many blacks are a little tired of being used as tokens by Democrats, instead of treated as equal individuals.

The real play was Murkowski. If I were Biden, not only do I take away a Republican vote from the Senate but I also give the appearance of a strong bipartisan ticket. Biden's campaign was laughably mismanaged given the media advantage he had.

According to the Fox election map, if the election ended right now Biden would have more electoral votes and Trump would have the popular vote. I wonder how the left would react to that. Anyway, I don't like the way Fox is calling states, it doesn't make sense to me.
