It find it illuminating that liberals complaining that a President appointing a SCOTUS Justice who is confirmed by the Senate is "stacking the deck." All those years of a liberal court using the Interstate Commerce clause to enforce liberalism was somehow OK. Bottom line. You do not believe in the Constitution.

at this rate......perhaps the courts should run the country. Law and order .....but nonpartisan style. A neutral diplomat could represent the nation. (instead of a POTUS)..just musing.

 

Should Trump lose: How long will it be before he is in legal process defending himself from the various legal issues that are pending......until he is out of office?? and will he try to pardon himself?? He must know what is waiting for him. He is and has not been the most ethical legal oriented person. He can't hide under the presidency indefinitely.

Clever use of the word "appointed." I assume you are trying to claim Roberts is a conservative. His position on the so called ACA indicates he was not a conservative.

 

I am trying to claim that SCOTUS has not leaned Democratic appointed justices in over 50 years.

 

In Pennsylvania the judge ruled that observers were allowed within six feet of the mail in votes so they can be observed, yet they still were not allowed to go near the mail in ballots. So much for obeying the law.

There's a video of a pollster in one state, filling out one ballot after another instead of counting them. I believe it was in Michigan where a voting machine was faulty and 80 thousand votes were lost. Problem is, that the same faulty machine was being used in other polling stations as well.

There were states that were being called for Biden when less than 80% of the votes were counted, yet in states where Trump had a lead with a greater margin, they wouldn't call it for him. Why? Is it because they were waiting for the trucks to come and dump the thousands of mail in votes for Biden? Strange that all those mail in votes were for Biden.

 

Was their any explanation for those anomalies you listed?

 

Not surprised at all that most mail in ballots are for Biden. He and the campaign recommended peple vote by mail due to the pandemic. That was wise. He was thinking of the voters HEALTH & SAFETY. which is paramount in a pandemic. He had drive in rallies for the same reason. That is the RESPONSIBLE thing to do.

This is why Trump didn't want the mail in votes. He knew it would give the Democrats the chance they wanted and needed to get Biden elected.

Looks like the election will be decided by the Supreme Court, just as Trump had predicted. This is why the Democrats freaked out when Coney Barrett, who is a strong adherent to the letter of the law, was voted in as judge. There will be no messing around and legislating from the bench by her. The law will be interpreted exactly as it was written up by Congress. If it favors Trump, then so be it.
