In EVERY democracy, postal voting is a normal and legal casting of votes. Just because Donald Trump is making unfounded, unproven claims and this bitter old man doesn't like the postal vote, doesn't make it illegal! Trump is currently in the process of burying US democracy and trampling the US constitution ... and that Donald trump does not have laws and rules that are not to his advantage, the world already knows from his time as Businessman. Nothing has changed as POTUS ...

Fact check:
Pennsylvania is ruled by the Republicans, and it were precisely these Republicans, including Trump somehow, who set the rules for the election and the vote count. Among other things, these rules state that counting the votes received by postal vote will only start AFTER the counting of the votes submitted personally are done!
And these rules ... made by Republicans!!! ... also say that all votes must always be cast by 2 people - 1 Democrat and 1 Republican ... AND ... that election observers must keep 10 meters away! And these Republican election observers want to see from 10 meters away that supposedly ballot papers were filled in with the same handwriting and pen? ... Apart from the fact that a Republican not only counts the ballot papers together with a Democrat, but also controls them and they had nothing to complain about? I get a laugh...

Sorry ... I can only hope that all the judges in the courts where Guiliano and the other wrongdoers with law studies file lawsuits ... kick Trump's people simply out ... as it still happened until everywhere!

 

You don't know if the candidate with the second most votes were really declared the winner in the last elections. Since the Republicans had won, they never brought to light the massive fraud that was perpetrated by the Democrats - especially in the inner cities.

I guess the Republicans didn't want the cities and states to go to the expense of rechecking the votes after the election. It was a big mistake by the Republicans. Had the Republicans done so, it would have discouraged the fraud decades ago, and it would not have reached the level it has today.

In order to be able to sue and sue and sue you need some money which Trump is apparently out of sending 'final notices' to people who offered money for his campaign and did not produce. He is apparently also crying because most Republicans want to follow the usual protocol of the US and have some dignity and acceptance of the election. Trump is finished. Best to forget.

 

I listened to someone talk about how Trump could by some obscure laws stay in the white house. He was advising plenty of protest but peaceful. I am sorry to say I cannot remember the details but that is it, according to that man, there is a way he could lawfully do it.

As far as the supreme court is concerned, they have as much chance getting involved on any apprecoiable level as they would if Biden sued to stop in person voting because of irregularities.

I don't know where you get your fact checks, but considering you are in Germany and read German accounts - which are always faulty and which lean towards Soros' liberal one world government, I would take anything you say about our election with a grain of salt.

 

It was pretty suspicious. I think President Elect Biden should hold an investigation as soon as he is sworn in.

We need to get to the bottom of this cheating. Their is no way Trump took such an early lead on early votes. In person voting had irregularities and President Elect Biden needs to find out what happened with in person voting and the subsequent counting. I wouldn't be surprised if he proved these irregularities and made elections mail in voting only.

The supreme court will take care of this and probably retroactively award landslide of votes to Biden once this fraud is exposed. The RP rulers will be running for the hills.

 

Except the logic behind the "red mirage" suggestion was completely sound. It was based on the idea that Biden would perform better in larger urban areas and would perform better in mail-in voting. I don't think anyone can rationally dispute that logic. Since many places were counting those votes later, we should have expected early counts favoring Trump and later counts favoring Biden.

 

That is exactly what the person advising the BBC said. He said on the night it would look like Trump was winning but then on the second day the postal votes would be counted and he thought Biden would then win the election.
