Thats not how the law works.

YOU have to show evidence. So, I'll wait. Go ahead.....

They can investigate and make it public.

I don't recall mentioning either country in my post. So I think it might be you that's doing the spreading in this case.

So you agree, Trump stole the election in 2016 a week after it because it wasn't final and people voted by mail then too? I mean, that's the standard you're asking me to swallow.

I don't need belief to feel better. I have reality to do that.

First of all, you have no proof of this. If you do, post it. Let's see the ballots you've seen! Second, why should a ballot be tossed if someone chose to only cast a vote for president? There's no rationale for that. In fact, there's evidence people vote for Biden...and then went on to vote for local GOP politicians. That DOES happen. Again, reality is comforting.

    Again......Investigate WHAT ?

The right is making things up from whole cloth, and then thinks that it is up to everyone else to "disprove" them. There is absolutely NO evidence that there was any en-mass cheating.

But just so we're clear. There COULD be security measures in place to make sure that the was absolutely no cheating, but in 2016, YOU and every other republican, including Mitch McConnell who blocked all election security bills, said we didnt need it. Odd that Democrats wanted that and the repubs didn't. hmmmmmm

When Roger Stone is called to testify, he will be required to testify. The next chapter, Watson, hasn't even started.

Wait, so you're saying that the ballots you say were "illegal" should ONLY toss the votes for Biden, but the down ballot republicans should be counted?

    You're not serious ?

That's a pretty easy thing to find evidence for. If the combined vote total for the presidential candidates is significantly larger than the combined vote totals for down ballot candidates and measures, then that would be consistent with what you're claiming. It wouldn't be definitive proof, but it would be evidence in your favor. So, can you link to some such data?

Just my opinion but I think Trump is doing this for his own ego and finances. I think Senate Republicans are quietly supporting it to keep Trump supporters engaged for the Senate race run offs in Georgia.

"Russia hoax"? It's telling that you know nothing about the facts turned up in an investigation by the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.

"For starters, the committee established that the notorious June 2016 meeting hosted at Trump Towers by Trump’s campaign manager, Paul Manafort, Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner and Donald Trump Jr. for the purpose of receiving Russian dirt on Hillary Clinton wasn’t just with any old Russians. It included Russians who had “significant connections to the Russian government, including the Russian intelligence services.” The links between one of them and the Kremlin were, it stated, “far more extensive and concerning than what had been publicly known.”

How are these election boards changing election law?

Fair enough to question if the rules should have been valid. But given what they were, I think it would be more damaging to the integrity of the vote to rule after an election these rules should not have been valid and thus your vote doesn't count.

I don't really buy the notion that Kamala will be running the WH, but I also don't expect Biden to be running again in 2024.

I am encouraged by a number of replies from people saying they will accept the official results if investigations do not yield sufficient evidence, even as many are actively opining that there was fraud.

No that's not the standard. I think you know that. You know damned well that Russia's use of psyops to instigate civil unrest and promote conspiracy theories and undermine confidence in our elections is an act of cyber war.

You could do it now. Just go pick a battleground state where you think fraud happened and sum up the presidential candidate votes, sum the statewide votes for congressional seats, and see what the difference is. Then do the same for a state where you don't think any fraud happened, like a safe blue state like Washington, and see how those differences compare.

It would make more sense to have actual evidence of a problem, instead of simple garden variety butt-hurt..

Who's complaining?? Do I pull out the can of Raid for 1 mosquito?
