You're right, its time to invade Canada. When Trudeau spoke at the Forum at Davos, he said that the epidemic gave them the opportunity for the Great Reset - which is merely a re-branding of the move towards centralizing power and a New World Order. So it's not a conspiracy theory, and the moderators went and removed my thread on it.

I noticed years ago that certain large corporations were opening stores almost next to one another to knock out small competitors. I also noticed that when a business became a success, that a large corporation would buy them out. To be honest I couldn't understand why the government was allowing it - what happened to our monopoly laws?

Now with all the business' closing and declaring bankruptcy over the pandemic, I realized that the large corporations could now buy everything up. It seems Biden is a part of it, because he said that he would close all the small business' and give them government hand outs - probably permanently, after all one of the Great Reset's slogan is: You won't own anything but you will be happy. Personally, I see it as slavery.

I've been following Yglesias on twitter for a few months. I disagree with almost everything he says but he sometimes have interesting takes. I may start following Greenwald. He's one of a handful of honest leftists journalists left. It's a vanishing species.

 

That may be, but I've read more thoughtful commentary there on the US election, the differing parties, and Trump voters and their motivations in the past two weeks than in the past 4 years from US MSM outlets.

And of those six corporations who own media, five are constantly messaging a further-left narrative than the majority of the citizens are comfortable with going, and one is pushing back against the other five.

Yes, they are setting up a World Order wherein political leaders, large corporations, and banks win the Monopoly Game. People will be pushed out of small-businesses and tens of millions of jobs lost with nowhere else to apply (except a corporation or government job, which will be in short supply.) The newly unemployed who own property will be taxed out of their property ownership and moved to government-subsidized housing cracker boxes in urban centers. It's going to be ugly, but people are naively voting for it because they believe that when the WEF talks about "global equity and social justice", that means that everyone will be able to live in comfort, employment or none. It actually means equality of extreme poverty for the masses. Corporate, political, and finance workers for The State will be a very small "middle-class".

Enforced and nearly perpetual lockdowns will keep the disarmed people docile and silent.

 

Greenwald is talking, talking, talking the truth in lots of interviews lately, now that he has broken out of the labyrinth. I fear he needs bodyguards. The left does not tolerate one of their own breaking free and speaking their own truth.

Yesterday evening, I watched a new Jimmy Dore show interviewing Greenwald. Today YouTube has made that video "Private". Anyone who might have wanted to watch it now has to be "granted access". They are silencing dissent.

 

Poof. No access.

 

Whatever is going on here with the 'Great Reset', seems to be a lot worse in the EU. I tried to watch a religious video from Greece yesterday that I had bookmarked awhile ago, and it was also private. What do they mean by private, and who decides on a video being private? Shouldn't it be the person that posted the video?

There's been many of us for years railing about the large multinational corps in bed with gov't.
Then there'd be a slew of conservatives yelling, you just hate corporations.
Is the Right wing now going against large multinational corporations? If so, what took them so long?

It did occur to me that Jimmy Dore might have made the video private, to subscribers only. However, none of his other videos are private (as far as I know). But I was able to watch the show "live" yesterday evening, then replays were gone "private".

Since Dore and Greenwald were very critical of the Democrat Party and censorship in media/journalism, I wondered if YouTube sent some ultimatum to limit viewership to private access, or have the video completely removed.

Don't know...just speculating, but that is weird.
