    Between the events of the past week, the armed "protests" planned for all major cities , the increasing number of resignations, and the ineffectiveness of Trump...........the country is very vulnerable. A vacuum in leadership.

    Things will get uglier......and the current POTUS is a clear and present danger.

    You're going to be disappointed. You are a hard partisan and have lost the ability to think clearly, calmly and rationally. Trump has caused you to fall into this condition.

    There is a certain protocol, and the amount of days for impeachment will be after Trump leaves office. As Dershowitz says, you cannot impeach a President when he's not a President anymore. Frankly, I don't know what Trump did to Pelosi, but she's cracking up.

    John Sullivan is the head of the BLM and there's a video of him talking with the guards when they opened the gates and let the people into the Capital Building. The Washington Police took him in, and even though he has a previous record they released him.

    This video was taken in August. During Sullivan's time with the microphone the Utah leader of Black Lives Matter called on BLM to “rip Trump from the White House!” He also called for a revolution.

    They plan to impeach Trump on Wednesday as we're told. It may be frightful that these Right Wing mob terrorists my interfere with the impeachment. Trump might have these plans to put a stop to it. Trump is so unpredictable that no one knows what he'll do next.

    Are there any others other than Belichick that won't accept from Trump? There are probably others out there that feel the same way.
    Trump is nuts and needs to be put away to Never Never Land.

    The censure idea was posed but nixed by Nancy.......as it would not be enough. A mere rap on the wrist.


    What he has done is far too serious........ and must face consequences.......... as otherwise.... no one will have any regard for this nation ......... The world is not stupid and see what is happening very clearly.

    He could have made a public statement condemning the behavior of the rioters. ........He did NOT.

    He could have conceded as is the normal thing to do.. He did not.......and just created the big lie that he did not lose.the elation.

    He could have been addressing the pandemic more effectively. He did not. ( A hoax??..........and many (gullible) people fell for that)

    Maybe these rioters had too much time on their hands, due to the pandemic and unemployment.

    Gotta have intent to actually take over the government in order to qualify as an insurrection.

    You have to have a plan to stage an insurrection. You have to have a high ranking officer(s) in the military and police that are on your side, or at least have agreed to not allow their forces to be used by the opposition.

    You have to have a plan to transmit your legitimacy to the public. Once you have occupied, you must have a message that tells the public, that you are in charge now. That message is just as crucial as control of security forces in determining how long you occupy the seat of government.

    I'm going to need to see hints of the above in order to leap to insurrection. Until then, going with my gut again: not insurrection but symbolic gesture that some instigators pushed out of control

    • Kilmeade, a longtime host of "Fox & Friends," argued the insurrectionists would only become more determined to attack again if the House moves forward, with proceedings beginning as soon as tomorrow.
    • "We see what's happening around the country, how 50 state houses are being threatened on Inauguration Day — this is the last thing you wanna do," Kilmeade said.
    • An FBI bulletin obtained by ABC News reporter Aaron Katersky concluded that all 50 state capitals are facing "armed protests" in the buildup to President-elect Joe Biden's inauguration on Jan. 20.

    • There is a question I need to ask; How are we going to prevent terrorist attacks from happening if Trump is going to be impeached again? Trump's actions are being unpredictable, We don't know what Trump or those who are standing by him are going to do in these next several days. We've got to keep looking around on what will happen next. We don't know on what may happen tomorrow. Think about it.

    We should do what Trump himself suggested we do with terrorists and go after his family. They should all be held hostage until there is no further threat.

    Trump is going to get what he deserves and that should be a fact. It's possible that Trump has caused a lot of grief and too much of it. FYI I'm only out to state facts. That's all.

    Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has indicated that he believes that impeaching President Donald Trump will make it easier to get rid of the President and Trumpism from the Republican Party, according to a source with knowledge of the matter.
