And, YOU just validated my claim by admitting that Newsom will Survive the Recall and be in office 3 months from now.
    Cool.
    Funny how that works.

    1. Correct, the sentence needs to be carried out.

    2. His sentence was death. Who cares?

Are you referring to the puppy-loving-liberal part?

I agree, only they would even think about letting psychopaths walk free among civilized society - and thereafter project the nuttiness onto normal people and blame normal society for not caring about psychopaths or the nutty deviant things that psychopaths do.

That is some fantastically convoluted and absurd "logic". LOL!

This is certainly the last thing Newsom wants on his plate right now.

I think it is fine to have a position on any issue. Why would I, who has no involvement in the issue, criticize the Kennedys for their position?

I agree with the Kennedy family members. Sirhan was a patsy, a fall guy, and likely did not kill RFK.

When everything the American people believe is false, we will know the success of our misinformation efforts.

JFK, RFK and MLK were killed by agents of the state. They were all threats to the status quo.

And you talk about being combatant, he is a cold blooded assassin. Maybe pick your hero's more carefully?

Anyone but a Trump worshiper making the leap from thinking it is ok for someone to get parole to that person being their hero would seem weird, but it is expected of you all

I like puppies more than I care about psychopaths rotting in prison.

    YUGE difference.

Do you like puppies more than you care about psychopaths running the government and the medical industrial complex?

Absolutely - I think it was insane for anyone to vote for any democrat, much less a senile democrat.

Like Trump was an improvement, he was yet another fake blonde who thought the Revolutionary War involved airports.

Well there is huge pressure these days to get some of these criminals paroled, because we seem to want to incarcerate a lot of people. 698 per 100,000 people or 0.7% of Americans are sitting in a cell. That seems small until you realize that the '100,000 people' includes babies, toddlers, 10 year old girls, every quadriplegic, bed bound patient and every 97 year old woman in 50 states is in that figure. The USA has less than 5% of the population of the planet but 20% of the planet's convicts. 1 of every 5 prisoners across the globe is sitting behind American bars. https://www.prisonpolicy.org/blog/2020/01/16/percent-incarcerated/

But we don't particularly want to build new prisons, or pay for more staff, or the physical and mental health care bills, dental work , or rehabilitate these people we are shoving in there. That costs tax dollars nobody wants to pay, and those silly federal judges keep noticing that prisoners deserve the beds, health careservices and space that those walls were originally designed for and that 8th Amendment rights to humane conditions and medical treatment were being compromised. . California was housing 156,000 inmates, in prisons designed to hold 85,000 people until SCOTUS affirmed a lower court order that they release 46,000 inmates (Brown v Plata) http://jaapl.org/content/40/4/547

"The Court referenced several individual examples of inadequate medical and mental health treatment. A psychiatric expert reported observing a man who had been detained in a telephone-booth-sized cage with no toilet, in a pool of his own urine, for nearly 24 hours while awaiting transfer to a psychiatric treatment bed. An inmate with severe abdominal pain died after a five-week delay in referral to a specialist. An inmate with extreme chest pain died after an eight-hour delay in evaluation. Another inmate died of testicular cancer after complaining of testicular pain for 17 months.

The Court noted that inadequate medical facilities were one component of the problem. Physician staffing presented another challenge. The ongoing budget crisis in California made it unfeasible for the state to build additional prison facilities on a scale that would significantly address the problem. Also, at the time of the Plata trial, reported position vacancy rates included 25 percent for physicians and 54 percent for psychiatrists. The three-judge panel determined that conditions related to overcrowding, including violence and large caseloads, made it challenging to hire and retain competent physicians. The panel went so far as to accuse the California prison system of hiring any physician who had “a license, a pulse and a pair of shoes” (Ref. 10, p 1927)."

He should have been executed long ago and then we wouldn't be having these discussions.

to me that would mean he either collects social security and lives the rest of his life like a normal retire

or he realizes how old he is and doesn't care about getting caught doing such a crime again

I would not risk it, no reason to take such a risk
