Quote me on that. Libs are shedding tears for a terrorist murderer, so why not Chsuvin and Roof?

Do your best virtue signaling and call for a reduction of their sentences because they’re sorry.

Heck, Black guys have gotten life sentences for stealing a single slice of pizza, America has the most racist criminal justice system on the planet.

Stealing one slice of pizza results in life sentence

    Expect Sirhan to get paid
    for his time in prison.

I shed no tears for Sirham.

Robert Kennedy's son agrees that he should be released.

We often listen to victims when punishing criminals, why shouldn't we also listen to them when they forgive?

Do you think you are in a better position to decide Sirham's fate than he is?

There’s something wrong with wanting the murderer of your father released. Could you do it? I could, but only if they told me where and when he’d be released.

    This is called forgiveness.

    It's written in this book:

I’m not religious, and if I’m wrong about that, god can do the forgiving. Will you be posting that picture in an attempt to reduce the sentences of Chauvin and Roof? Where does your forgiveness begin and end?

It depends on the type of crime, the age of the convicted person, the time spent in prison, the sincerity of his remorse, his level of dangerousness when he's free, his possibilities of rehabilitation and what his victims think.

Whenever I hear about the release of prisoners who have been away for decades I always think about how they are in for a future shock when they get out.

So, um... when will he be picking up a gun? Where? And, why?

He was sentenced to death. Everything you mentioned is moot if his well earned sentence was carried out. I’m wondering if you supported the DP for Roof. Should I look or will you tell us?

I'm not sure how I'd feel. I do know though, that at some point resentment starts costing the resenter - and when it does, it costs a lot.

Forgiveness has value, even if it's entirely selfish.

When I was 23 years old my 16 year old sister was killed by a drug addict. He got sentenced to treatment. Not one man in my family would pass up the opportunity to see final and equal justice served.

I have within me a family trait: I won’t mess with you, but if you mess with me…..

I am a big believer in revenge. I’ve been told it’s my worst trait. You don’t want to know the stories.

    https://allthatsinteresting.com/sirhan-sirhan-who-killed-rfk

    "....
13 shots can be heard — but Sirhan Sirhan had a gun that could only fire eight shots.

The fatal bullet that entered Bobby Kennedy came from the back below his ear. However, witnesses remember Sirhan standing in front of the senator.

Robert Kennedy Jr. noted that his father, “as the chief law enforcement officer in this country [Kennedy served as Attorney General]…would have [been] disturbed if somebody was put in jail for a crime they didn’t commit.”

Schrade, 91 years old, even went as far as to testify at Sirhan’s parole hearing in April 2016. “The evidence clearly shows you were not the gunman who shot Robert Kennedy,” Schrade said directly to the man accused of murdering his friend.

The question remains, then; who killed Bobby Kennedy? Until a more compelling story is revealed, Sirhan Sirhan will spend the rest of his life in jail for the crime. Among some of those closest to Bobby Kennedy, however, another belief persists: that the truth is still out there."

Beyond insanity. Sirhan was caught in the act with the gun in his hand by Rosey Grier and many others.

why would the sons do that?

they really gave the parole board no choice, he was up for parole and the family supported it?

One of my pet peeves about the parole system, is that parole never gets granted if the victim is a celebrity. If you shoot a member of a rock band playing at a local dive, you get paroled. If he is a former Beatle named Lennon, you die in prison. If Sirhan had shot the Dallas city survaeyor, he would have been released decades earlier. But the man shot one of the most famous political figures of his time so the the rubber stamp says 'Denied' and it is the only rubber stamp, no matter what. .

Yes! But I wasn't present at the time it happened. Just like the holocaust or 9/11, I was not there to witness it.
Do you believe he is innocent?
