Loudoun County father who was dragged out of woke school board meeting reveals his daughter was 'raped' in the girls' bathroom by a 'skirt-wearing' male student who was arrested for assaulting a SECOND girl months later - but staff did nothing

• He tells The Daily Wire that the boy 'sometimes wears a skirt' and had started using the female bathroom
• The school told Smith his daughter had been assaulted but didn't call police
• In the end he did, and the boy was charged with multiple counts of sodomy two months after the incident - after the school board meeting
• On June 22, Loudoun County school staff said they'd never had a report of of a sexual assault in a trans bathroom
• Smith says they were lying, and that he 'exploded with rage'

How this rapist was allowed to return and rape a second girl is totally insane.

Let's hope there is not a 3rd girl raped. How parents keep their children in these public schools is sad. I know many of them don't have much of a choice, but the ones that do should be pulling their kids ASAP.

 

The sad thing here is that if this happened to any of the daughters of liberals on this forum, they would ground their kid for being “transphobic”

The father should immediately file a Title 9 suit against the school.

That gives him the greatest leeway for discovery and makes it difficult for a judge to dismiss.

 

What did they honestly expect? It's all good and well to say "it shouldn't happen", but sex crimes have happened inerta for like literally generations. This was bound to happen at some point, and likely through several points as long as this stupidity is enabled. There is a state, nay, a human interest in the division of bathrooms between men and women. That the Democratic government fails to defend these human rights, is something else entirely.

Here we have 2 girls getting raped by a trans student in the girls bathroom. It wasn't bad enough that the trans student did it once, but they let him return to school to rape another girl. The 1st father is beside himself as any sane father would be. I have a feeling I would be arrested too. Once I heard about the 2nd rape and girl.... I may have lost it. That entire school board needs to go along with all leadership in that district and school.
