I disagree. She was a highly educated person, and very believable. Even McConnell agreed.

Few women can corroborate rapes perpetrated years ago

Lol at "juggernaut." A failed and quickly subdued clown show is not a juggernaut.

    That all fine with me.

But your example.is interesting. In the 70s, I think it was, a child rapist and kidnapper was caught in Colorado and extradited to his hometown in Louisiana. As he was being escorted through the airport by arresting officers, the child's father walked up and shot him dead on live TV. He pleaded not guilty, went to trial, and was found ... not guilty. I think the jury wanted to give him the keys to the City.

How can you be reading a report that was obstructed by Trump?

And NO. there was not "substantial predication for the investigation", as determined by Attorney General William P. Barr ""thinnest of suspicions, that, in my view, were insufficient to justify the steps taken,""

"""Mueller stated early on 'criminal charges' for the Prez were off the table per the OLC memo"""
So why did Mueller start and continue an investigation he knew he could not complete one way or another... 40 millions is a lot to piss away.. oh wait... it is not heir money, it is the tax payers money (OPM)

"""I expect that the AG will eventually indict the president.""" it is like the fake impeachment... they can throw all the made up crap they want at Trump... you missed the "convict" part that makes it stick... but we will use "indict""indict""indict" as a diversion until after the election.

Mueller said Trump could be indicted after leaving office... where are those indictments? It has been over a year...

First, you should read your own link because that article goes against what you think you're trying to prove.
Second, actually there is no second because the rest of your point is just the same talking points from the right that are nothing more than "what about....".

Yes, and your party elected the most corrupt, despicable, and probably the worst president in history.

So much for your credibility, and you can't even frame a proper argument, yours is littered with vacuous drivel.

Funny, thats the identical post everyone on the left on PF says when they are trapped in a corner and can't dispute something.
You didn't really think anyone would fall for that excuse, did you?

What is it you always claim when you bail out of a conversation you can't dispute?
And thats just in this thread alone.
    Your hypocrisy speaks for itself.
Along with the fact you can't even support your own gibberish.

If you're going to make fake MSNBC regurgitations, I suggest you find another source for your threads so you don't get caught over and over forcing you (out of frustration) to run from posters you found out know more than you do.

Seems everyone but you knows what a hoax is.

Let's focus on the language that you are using: "armed with a mob of at least 25 insurrectionist." Within the first sentence of your reply, you are hyperbolizing to absurdity with this unorthodox, arguably incorrect technical use of the word "armed," which typically connotes a weapon, such as a gun or knife, or something that affords an advantage, such as knowledge. The way in which you use the word "armed" is unnecessarily idiosyncratic and appears simply to oversensationalize. The word "insurrectionist" is correct in the sense that they were breaking the law, but, again, its another term that is meant to sensationalize. I mean, I could refer to the BLM-Antifa riots as the BLM-Antifa insurrection and be technically correct, but, I, too, would be hyperbolizing to the point of absurdity.

All in all, Ashli Babbit was not armed. She was an unarmed, small-statured woman, and the trigger-happy cop who killed her could have simply grabbed her and restrained her. You all are grasping at straws and relying on hyperbole to justify his actions.

The BLM-Antifa riots (or insurrection), again, was responsible for over a dozen deaths and about $2 billion in property damage, included in that would be burning police stations, such as in Portland and Minneapolis, and federal buildings, including a courthouse.

It was a riot, or an insurrection; it was not simply a "demonstration." See, this is what I am referring to: with January 6th, you use highly colorful, sensational, hyperbolic rhetoric to describe it. When you are referring to the BLM-Antifa rioting in which over a dozen people were killed and $2 billion in property damage was caused, you refer to it simply as a "demonstration." You understate the gravity and enormity of it.

Pretextually, the BLM-Antifa riots were about police brutality, but how is burning down businesses and stealing Gucci bags a form of expression against supposed police brutality? Additionally, the BLM-Antifa riots happened during an election season, which is a cornerstone of our democracy; that is just one of the many reasons for why it was political. Moreover, what about the Trump inauguration riot by leftists, such as Antifa, in which 234 people were arrested and six officers needed medical attention? Why aren't there multiple January 20th threads? Why isn't there a congressional investigation into the matter?

The bail fund helped free a man charged with murder.

Fact: The word "kamala" in Finnish means "horrible."

Oh I see, you think 'it cant happen here.'

I'd wager the Germans, Russians and Cambodians all thought that too.

Im all about American exceptionalism, but we're not so exceptional as to be immune from tyranny. Why do you think murderous Nazism/Communism is impossible here? How are we that special?

Lets not forget, our last President was 'literally Hitler...'

I started to say, "No, Trump is WORSE than Hitler!" as a joke, but apparently this is an actual belief of at least one prominent critic:

OK, I get that you realize that IF the history of the January 6th Seditious Insurrection attack on OUR Capitol isn't rewritten and obfuscated it could and likely will adversely affect the coming elections of 22 and 24. Consequently your side is making every effort to minimize the danger and threat it posed to our Democratic Republic, it's Constitution and the American Government BY the People it legitimizes. There is no question that the riots of 2020 were costly in life and treasure and were way out of hand but in no way can they be equated to the fundamental threat the January 6th Seditious Insurrection and Attack on the most beautiful public building in the world, OUR Capitol was to OUR Nation. So your "straw man" effort to equate the two is just that a whataboutism that is just noise to drown out the real argument of the Danger OUR Country faced that day.

By your own words Ashli Babbitt's military service gave her the advantage tactical knowledge. But, she also was backed up by, at least, 25 more manic co-insurrectionists that had just destroyed two heavily built doors and ran off three defenders with pole arms and fists that they proved they knew how to use. Minimizing the threat they were to anyone in the Speakers Lobby is a sensationally unjust framing of the situation Lt. Byrd faced. You are guilty of your own accusations; "a woman of small stature", "trigger happy cop", and your description of, the irrelevant and non-equatable, riots are just the sensationalism you're complaining about.

I'm not going to argue about the "riots" of 2020 because they are just the red herring you complain about. Saying Ashli Babbitt was a small unarmed woman trivializes the destruction and damage her and her co-insurrectionists had proven themselves capable of. Calling Lt. Byrd "trigger happy" sensationalizes the control and training his ONE shot demonstrated; IN facing a mob that was out of their minds with rage and purpose of destruction.

BTW: I don't care what the Vice President means in other languages. She is a woman that has demonstrated she possesses more veracity, in one moment - in her little finger, than Donald Judas tRump has in his entire life.

The left's hyperbolizing (describing it as an insurrection, a coup, sedition) and mendacity (saying that five people died--including the death of Officer Sicknick, who, in fact, died of natural causes--because of the January 6th riot) of January 6th is a part of a larger picture demonstrated in the fact that they refer to Trump as worse than Hitler. Hell, Nancy Pelosi held a moment of silence in the House chamber, so she can read from a list of people who DID NOT die from the riot of January 6th. They hyperbolize about supposed flaws on the right and minimize the enormity, such as the BLM-Antifa summertime, monthslong rioting, on the left. This is why I am not making threads about January 6th: I will not participate in the transmogrify of reality. It's absolutely disgusting that they still, to this day, USE THE DEATHS of people who DID NOT die on January 6th, so they can score political points.

Once the charges of Seditious Conspiracy are brought to conviction, as they undoubtedly will, it will forever after be a Seditious Insurrection; no IF's, AND's, But's or "HYPERBOLE" to it. <-period

Five people did die at the Capitol, 4 on January 6th and one, a fit 44 year old male police officer that died of multiple strokes, do you really believe his death was unrelated to the insurrection; that's incredulous and petty, to put it nicely.

There is no way to equate the danger to OUR Nation January 6th was, to the riots of 2020; so you can stop or not, but I will no longer recognize your efforts to do so in further responses.

People that did not die on January 6th include police officers that committed suicide because they felt they failed OUR Nation; are you really demeaning them?

The battle cry of the left until after the 2024 election... """Once the charges of Seditious Conspiracy are brought to conviction, as they undoubtedly will, it will forever after be a Seditious Insurrection; no IF's, AND's, But's or "HYPERBOLE" to it. <-period"""

Quite possibly and rightfully so. Donald Judas tRump and his mob nearly brought down our 240 year old Republic; they failed, thank goodness, but not for lack of trying.
