History finds you to be incorrect. False, no one has a license to kill, that's TV talk and you have badly misunderstood how are freedoms really work in the US.
Once again you resort to false hyperbole. No one has a license to kill each other. As for your other point ask the king of England what Americans do with guns. If I remember correctly the amount of gun owners in the United States constitutes the largest standing army on Earth
That's simply incorrect, I have a spare time in my trunk does that mean hails on the road are out to get me, no it indicates I am able to fix a flat and be on my way. It's clear you do not understand what that word means. To remind you of something historical which proves you contention to be incorrect.
Carrying a gun openly vs concealed is such important issue for you that you actually invest your free time on it? LOL I understand pro-pot folks investing their time on getting pot legalized, or people pushing for gun rights in places where such rights didn't already exist, open vs concealed........well to each his own I suppose. You live in Dorsey?
Also another thing you forgot.... According to you Lefty's a handful of people with sticks and maybe a fire extinguisher almost "over threw democracy" a great big coup and an insurrection and not a gun in sight, except in the hands of a cop. But yet millions of armed Americans are powerless....lol, can y'all get together and match up narratives for consistency?
You said you lobby for open carry, so it must be an important issue for you even though Floridians can already carry concealed. I assumed you live in Dorsey because open carry will be popular in places like that. Nope, I am still talking about open carry.
It's an important issue to Floridians all across the state, more so to CCL holders. What is a Dorsey? Your statement infers otherwise.
I am CCL holder and I would never carry openly. Polls suggest that 33% pro-gun people want CCL holders to be able to carry openly and 13% say all gun owners should be able to do so. I guess you don't live in SE Florida. Dorsey Riverbend is one of the neighborhoods where I can see people walking around with guns on their hips. No. For me it is such low priority issue that I would not waste time lobbying for or against it, but to each his own.
Correct. Most States allow open carry, but very few actually do, which is why such law appeased only a small minority.
Would you like to be arrested if your concealed firearm was seen by someone and reported? Polls matter not to me, unless the methodology used is presented as well as the results. [ You guess incorrectly, I am from Ft Lauderdale and rode in District 32 long before that name was applied to it, that's where the City of Fort Lauderdale Housing Authority rebuilt the projects back in the 90's and a lot of folks there walk around with guns, knives, drugs, you name it in their pockets, which scares the crap out the Yuppies who moved into the Dixie Dungeons. Now for some real fun go a little West and North to 27 and Sunrise and tour the green monsters some night, if you survive, it will be an experience you won't soon forget. Now a history test, do you know why a concrete wall was built on the South side of NW 6 ST from NW 27 Ave to NW 31 Ave? And for bonus points, where was the Triangle Bar located and what did the Florida Highway Patrol do there one infamous night in the 70's? And for double bonus points what happened at the Lucky's drive-up on Sunrise just West of NW 31 Ave that was used in American Graffiti. No. For me it is such low priority issue that I would not waste time lobbying for or against it, but to each his own.[/QUOTE]
The way they see it is, once everyone is asleep, guns get up late at night and sneak out and kill people, then they run back home and hide back inside where they came from.
