We have since read the full court filing, which says a different story. The most glaring are the dates that he claims these things happened, and whats in the original filing. Again, this is not a bug in what Durham is doing, it's a feature. The second filing he is making against Sussman makes accusations that he lied in the first filing, which is where we get the whole story. You're reading the second filing alone, to get less than half of the story. Case in point, Sussman is accused of lying about the data he is accused of getting in the first indictment, which was back in 2016. So how again, did he get data from the Trump white House in 2016 ? Trump wasn't IN the White house in 2016 !!!!
