Of course he can’t because he has no idea what he’s talking about. His entire schtick is hyperbolic absurdity

Because the information is anonymous for obvious reasons. The fact this apparently comes from a doctor specialising in child abuse would imply this would just one part of a much wider process, covering both wider medical care for the child and legal steps in relation to whatever abuse she was the victim of.

Not especially. Around 10%-20% of girls will have their first period before the age of 11.

That is possible but we don't know either way. Even if this article isn't referring to a real case (which would be wrong), I think it is undeniable that circumstances like this are perfectly possible and would likely occur eventually if the underlying legal, political and social status of abortion in Ohio remains the same.

I doubt it happens often but I'm sure it does happen. When cases are reported though, there is (rightly) a lot of protection around the privacy of child victims, especially on medical matters, so whether they had an abortion or not would typically not be publicly known or reported.

I can't find anything anywhere that says to me that a 10 year old would be denied an abortion under current Ohio abortion laws and rights. So if she were denied an abortion, it's the doctors who are at fault and not the law.

Seems to me that the parents would have gladly given consent which leaves the decision up to a physician to determine in the minor's health would be in reasonable danger. She's 10 so I would think that should be a yes. If it isn't, then the problem here is with the physicians. And not the law. The heartbeat bill wouldn't trump the health or safety of either the mother or the fetus.

Forgot to make this part clear.

    upload_2022-7-6_9-53-59.png

After 22 weeks, an abortion can only be performed if the life or health of the mother is at risk.

This part hasn't changed. Nor should it ever change. A 10 year old who is pregnant should certainly qualify by any reasonable physician. And I would find it INCREDIBLY hard to believe that in all of Ohio there wasn't one doctor who would sign off of that fact?

Which then leads me to believe that this ENTIRE STORY of a 10 year old having to leave the state to get an abortion as being BULLSHIT. And only used to incite violence based on a false narrative.

Or you could provide any state that bans abortions.
Shouldn't be that difficult to provide.
Is that a bridge too far for you?

And you bought into all these 10 year old pregnancy stories?
Every state had abortion restrictions prior to the SCOTUS ruling.
    Nothing has changed yet
Your stories are fake and you bought into them hook, line, and sinker

You obviously have difficulty differentiating current events from stories...possibly why you bought into all that Qanon nonsense about groomers.
Onlything going on here are conservative Republicans keeping their promise and other conservatives pretending to act suprised.

The parents? The child was being abused so either the parents did not care or were the abusers. Very small chance that the parents did not know about the abuse

Judge won’t block law banning most Mississippi abortions

A Mississippi judge has rejected a request by the state’s only abortion clinic to temporarily block a state law that would ban most abortions

Then you should be able to provide this law banning abortions.
    Is that out of reach?

Funny, only you and the left know anything or post anything about Qanon. which make you the one who bought into it. lol
Good thing 55% of Democrats supported DeSantis anti grooming bill while the woke left idiots like Disney stock has nosedived over 60% of their original value.

Whats really going on are posters like yourself falsifying abortion laws.
Which is how you got caught. Then added your fake 10 year old story, that now has 3 states making the identical claim through their leftist media.

So much anecdotal judgment...that's not how good policy is ever formed. As evidanced, it's contradictory, and always requires exceptions.

For instance non of that is relevant for this Lil girls situation now is it?

Given that the only abortion clinic in Mississippi will be closing tomorrow makes your request moot
    https://abcnews.go.com/Health/wireStory/judge-set-hear-challenge-mississippi-abortion-law-86236024

Mississippi was one of several states with a trigger law contingent on the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade. The law passed in 2007 and has never been challenged in court. It says abortion will be legal only if the pregnant woman’s life is in danger or if a pregnancy is caused by a rape reported to law enforcement. It does not have an exception for pregnancies caused by incest.
