Highly highly doubtful to both, but wouldn't bet my life on that either...

Bragg already bailed on his fraud investigation... after he found clear fraud

LoL I love watching the leftist geniuses trying so hard to make a crime out of variations in property appraisals that Trump CAN'T do when it comes to getting loans or insurance.

Leticia James is a moron as judged by the huge increases in crime that affect every day people there.

No one in the Trump family has the final say on any property when it comes to loans, or insurance, or anything else....these are all done by 3rd parties OR the entity that is giving the loan or insurance coverage.

Moreover, even if you have single digit brain cells and believe that's possible, there would still have to be a crime resulting from that like defaulting on a loan for fraudulent purposes, or burning down a building for the inflated insurance coverage.

Don't mind me though, please continue with your mental masturbation.

    LoL.

Let me break it down for you Kindergarten style.

Let's say your feelings tell you that your beige 1996 Ford Probe is worth $80,000. I mean, why not, it's your truth.

Now go to the bank and try to get an $80,000 loan using it as collateral. Post results.

Now go to an insurance company and request they insure it for $80,000. Post results.

    FFS use your brain.

Thanks, now we know why Trump tried to settle this "witch hunt" case right before James filed her civil suit and sent her more then 200 examples of false or misleading asset valuations Trump made for a fraud investigation to the Feds and the IRS.

Oh well if the genius Leticia James filed a civil suit with 200 examples then case closed.

Trump said his building was worth elventy billion dollars and insurance companies and banks agreed with him and gave him the loans and insurance.

    The horror.

The level of stupid in this thread is amazing.

We should bronze this thread for posterity.

I have... and your Pre-School example is NOT what T**** does...

He'll do part 1 to lie to the bank

He'll probably insure it for the high amount as well.

Then, for tax purposes, the exact same Probe is now suddenly worth $4,500

Also, I wouldn't get to go to a corrupt bank to get my loan...

That's what he does... Celebrate his brilliance!!

Yeah I just don't have enough room for all the gems.

Just like the one above where I tried to explain, in the simplest terms possible, how loans and insurance work, and you still couldn't work it out and doubled down on ignorance.

    You're a goldmine.

It's really not my fault you can't come up with an example you can (self reportedly) understand that is anything close to the T**** situation...

No worries... most people can't really understand this level of corruption... Takes a village of ADA's, as listed on the lawsuit...

The level of stupidity lies with those who willfully ignores the fact that Trump tried to settle $$$$$ this case and has yet to deny that he did.:roflol:

    The truth sure can suck,

Oh I gave a great example.

You just can't understand it at the lowest level of explanation.

    You funny!
Trump doesn't settle cases when he's believes it's a "witch hunt" and he's INNOCENT.
He knows damn well they have the "fraud" goods on him and others in the Trump Organization which is why he tried to settle days before James filed the civil suit.

These prosecutions are for alleged misrepresentations made long before Trump was President.

    Oh, really? lol

"James alleges Trump and his associates “engaged in numerous acts of fraud and misrepresentation” when they prepared Trump’s financial statements between 2011 and 2021 in order to “injustly enrich himself,” arguing the fraudulent documents “were approved at the highest levels of the Trump Organization—including by Mr. Trump himself.”

An indictment. It's been dead in the water for six months. Were it active the DA would be screaming bloody murder for the AG to stop interfering in his investigation.

An indictment can include multiple charges. This one did. The number of indictments doesn't tell you the number of charges or even the number of entities charged. And the DA and the AG had already agreed to split this into criminal/civil and have been sharing evidence. There was no deal struck where the AG was supposed to just sit on her hands and do nothing until the DA was done. Not only has the DA explicitly confirmed that his criminal investigation is still active (despite your desperate attempt to pretend otherwise), but there's already an existing indictment . . . which doesn't require an active investigation anyway.
