For the “Biden loves oil more than Trump” crowd, even the media is going to have trouble explaining away this one.
Obviously, Biden plans to starve America into Green submission.
It is time for democrats to either show slo Joe the door, or give him a push. This is impeachable insanity.

So he hasn’t done anything — it is being considered but no action taken — and that is impeachable?

    :roflol:

First lord trump declassified documents through his psychic powers and now Biden is banning drilling through his psychic powers!!! You people are wonderful

He can consider it, or not......won't make a difference.

Do you have to derail every thread with Trump or priests?

    Back to the topic.

Biden's primary job is the safety and well being of America and he is intentionally failing on many fronts. I think he's in impeachment territory.

I would explain what comparing current events means but I doubt either of us would come out satisfied.

And to answer your question, as long as he is the presumptive nominee or active in controlling 1/3 of the electorate then yes, absolutely.

    Care to answer the question?

~ We must "save the planet" ...! Let the other countries mine precious minerals, build natural gas and cheap coal burning power generation, drill for oil and use child slave labor to assemble and manufacture.

If someone considered selling secrets to our enemy that would be a crime. Biden is considering hurting Americans more at a time when he admitted he wants us to transition, and if it takes pain for us to transition, then too bad for us. He's not doing anything at the border except setting expectations that illegals would be welcomed here. He sent another unannounced flight of illegals to Orange County, New York, while everyone on the left calls it a crime against humanity when republicans do it. He literally tells his half of the country that the other half is the enemy. He makes appoints by identity rather than quality and merit. Almost everything he says has to be walked back by Pierre. He has Chinese lobbyists on his staff. He's incompetent, he weak, he's not the one making the decisions and the world knows it.

The precedent does not require due process or cross examination. That ship has sailed.

You mean because of the two last bipartisan impeachments? One of which was delayed until after the president was no longer in office because they had the votes to convict for the first time in US history?

    That due process?

So your answer is yes, thought crimes should be impeachable. Thanks for that direct answer.

Anyone that will answer I guess. I guess I should have asked it as an opinion on should it be impeachable instead of is it impeachable as per the OP’s premise.

An impeachable offense is determined by Congress, not by codified law (necessarily). Inciting an insurrection is impeachable (as evident by Trump's 2nd) which only involves speaking out loud a thought. As long as you only think it there's no problem, but when you put out that thought to be acted upon even if by others then you're in impeachable territory. I'm not saying it's a winnable case, but then in politics it's not always about the target per se, but the political benefits of putting on a show for your constituents.

when they are considering things like this we need to speak up. He’s draining our reserves and may kill our production while gas prices are getting higher. We just need to let our voices be heard when they’re considering things like this or our wallets will definitely feel it.

There is only a slight drop in 2020, which is still higher than the average production under Trump.
It's just .9 million barrels under the absolute peak. OPEC+ is cutting back more than twice as much.
Biden lobbied against that cutting back of OPEC+
