And, of course, no evidence of the bribery that @dixon76710 claims

He also didnt pay all his taxes 2014-2016. Those are the charges Weiss allowed the SOL to pass. Hunters pay from Burisma was cut in half right after Joe left the vice presidency in 2017.

In a February 2017 divorce filing, an attorney for Biden’s ex-wife said the couple’s outstanding debts were “shocking and overwhelming” and that they owed $313,000 in back taxes.
Analysis of Hunter Biden's hard drive shows he and his firm took in about $11 million from 2013 to 2018 (nbcnews.com)

which doesnt include the taxes due on Burisma income he reported as loans

Which is pretty common. If you underpaid your taxes, but then you pay them, it is rare for that to result in a criminal charge.

Menendez was indicted today, so, apparently not.

We can't help it if Repubs commit the most crimes, though,

Nope.... just a lot of meaningless, unrelated, records they've twisted into some nefarious meaning that nobody comprehends...

I just transferred some funds to my son in college. MAGA would turn that into an obvious attempt to launder funds for purchasing drugs, when he'll probably be buying groceries at Walmart...

What are we up to, 5 whistleblowers testifying that they were prevented from investigating avenues of inquiry into the case. For example they wanted to check cell phone location date corresponding with Hunters Whatsap conversation with the Chinese when he said he was sitting there with his father and that they better pay up. They were prohibited from doing so.

Garland isn’t making any decisions about the trump indictments.

He didnt pay them. Hunters late payments were all for 2017 and forward taxes due.

Garland has complete authority over both Jack Smith and Weiss.

An abundance of evidence. the Burisma "invoice" email from Hunters laptop, confirmed by the FBI informant kept hidden for years. Confirmed by the suspicious activity reports of the payments from Burisma. Confirmed by Devin Archer with the meeting in Dubai with the owner of Burisma and Hunter with Joe on the phone, 4 days before Joe went to Ukraine to insist the prosecutor be fired. All while Joe claims he didnt know Hunter was on the Board of Directors of the company owner he was speaking to.

Now if only you could explain why getting an invoice is evidence of bribery. Uh-oh! I got an invoice yesterday! That's evidence of bribery! I sent an invoice today! BUSINESS IS ALWAYS BRIBERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By the way, Archer said they never discussed businesses with Joe. You would know that if you had done two seconds of homework. And when did Joe ever said he didn't know Hunter was part of the Board? When? Be specific.

$300,000 is all we know about from Hunters child custody case. All else is hidden from public view. We do know Hunter was paid twice as much by Burisma 2014-16 than he was paid after Joe left the Vice presidency

    From the invoice
"The scope of work should also include organization of a visit of a number of widely recognized and influential current and/or former US policy-makers to Ukraine in November aiming to conduct meetings with and bring positive signal/message and support on Nikolay's issue to the Ukrainian top officials above with the ultimate purpose to close down for any cases/pursuits against Nikolay in Ukraine. "

Less than a month later Joe was in Ukraine insisting the prosecutor investigating Burisma be fired.

Ah, I was expecting something involving more than two brain cells. I'm disappointed. For one, the guy wasn't even investigating Burisma at the time. And your own favorite witness (Archer) testified that this guy was GOOD for Burisma because he was lazy about investigating corruption accusations. Which is why Biden (like the rest of the US and the rest of the West) wanted this guy fired. Hell, even Ukraine was trying to get this guy fired for his corruption. But it isn't like you guys will ever let a silly thing like facts get in the way. And I don't think you know how bribes work. Because you've shown no payments for Joe . . . you can't have a bribe without payments, buddy.

Only on the tax charges they did not let the statute of limitations run out. You don't support gun control legislation now? you know that common sense gun legislation the left is always preaching. What's the point of having it if you aren't going to enforce it. What about the blacks always get charged but the rich whites don't thingy yiu having to give up in that one too so you can defend Hunter?

Everyone is lying except for Garland, right?

California prosecutor blocked special counsel from charging Hunter Biden, IRS official confirms

A federal prosecutor blocked then-Delaware US Attorney David Weiss from bringing tax charges against first son Hunter Biden in Southern California late last year, a third IRS official has testified to Congress.

IRS Director of Field Operations Michael Batdorf told the House Ways and Means Committee earlier this month that US Attorney E. Martin Estrada of the Central District of California had declined to partner with Weiss on the case, forcing him to look elsewhere.

The Delaware prosecutor revealed the setback to Batdorf and IRS special agent in charge Darrell Waldon in a December 2022 phone call, according to a transcript of Batdorf’s Sept. 12 interview reviewed by The Post.

“He just said that they had declined and he had to make the decision on where he was going to go,” Batdorf said of the conversation with Weiss.

The disclosure cuts against sworn congressional testimony by Attorney General Merrick Garland, who has repeatedly claimed Weiss had “full authority” to pursue charges against Hunter Biden anywhere in the US.

Actually it was his intent to interview Burima board members in his investigation, Hunter and Archer included, that prompted Burismas deal with Hunter.

Source? And why did he previously contradict this idea? And why does Archer say they never talked about business with Joe?

Hmmm, December 2022, one month before the statute of limitations would pass on any crimes during Joes vice presidency. Much like Hunters gun charge indictment one month before the SOL passes.
