The judge did NOT decide the worth of Mar-a-Lago - or any other other property. The tax appraisal amounts were cited to illustrate the impact of the conservation easement, in which Trump gave up residential and development rights - a fact which would significantly impact/reduce potential sales value too.

Despite this, Trump valued the property as though there were no conservation easement - thus fraudulently presenting and (over)valuing it as a property that could be freely used and developed in any manner the buyer chose.

 

Curiously DB didn’t pick up on this.
