Not according to what Questerr has stated. You also become a practitioner of witchcraft when you turn on your computer. So do all the other atheists and non-theists as well as theists who utilize computers. So if blame must be laid down, then lay it at the feet of the one who cast that blame in the first place.

Ah...I see...if you are using a witchcraft machine then it's perfectly okay...

I wonder if you'll like hell. That's where witches go to burn.

Save your soul. Stop using your witchputer.

see. Now that's your problem. You ASSUME too much and you project your emotions and insecurities onto others.

It's not against the rules for atheists to use witchcraft. You are threatening you soul by doing it.

It's best that you stop using your computer and especially stop posting on here about sophistry.

Now you are professing a belief in 'hell'? How curious for someone who leans heavily on the products of science. Am I concerned about 'hell' ...? Not in the least.

I don't believe in hell. You do though. And your book says that witches burn in hell. You also believe that using "Numerology" is akin to magic and by your (completely bull(*)(*)(*)(*)) definition of Numerology, your computer runs by it.

Every time you make a post you are (*)(*)(*)(*)ing your soul. Please stop. Save yourself.

Oh good, I was worried for a moment there.

By the way, the time is not what it is in the upperleft corner of this post. That number not only arises from a witchputer but also from a completely arbitrary system of enumeration that, since other systems could have been used instead (although just as completely arbitrarily so), is unreliable and useless.

Oh it's not witchcraft, but satan does rule the air. The Computer is god. a false one. We worship before it.

That is why I intentionally do not pay any attention to such numbers as you pointed out. They are indeed too arbitrary and are not synchronized with one another for various reasons. You are correct however in the arbitrariness of such devices. Even the old 'sun dial' was dependent upon the placement of that device when such device was used to give an approximation of the time of day, and at night, such a device would be useless.

Who is the "we" that you refer to when you say "We worship before it."? Also in your use of the term "worship" are you referring to the 'worship' of a deity?

bud. I haven't seen you substantiate anything other than upchucking the latest leftwing propaganda of the day. I don't consider you an intellectual either so it doesn't matter to me what you say. I already know you can't think for yourself.

You don't believe in the existence of 'hell', yet you appear to make it a concern of yours that I could conceivably end up in a place, condition, circumstance, event, that you do not believe in. How morbidly ridiculous on your part. You are also now attempting to be all KNOWING in stating as a matter of fact what I 'believe'. How do you KNOW what I believe? Are you a mind reader as well as a promoter of the art of numerology? I have no definition of numerology other than what is provided by dictionaries and what is further described in various other encyclopedias. Your claim is in error regarding my 'definition'.

Now you are also professing the existence of a "soul".... when has science been able to detect, measure, analyze, etc., a 'soul'?

If an atheist believes in science, then it is against the rules. If an atheist does not believe in the supernatural, it is against the rules. Seemingly, you professing a belief in the supernatural (the soul) then you cannot assume the title of atheist.

It would be equally advisable for you to stop using references to things that you don't believe in, such as the 'soul'. By doing so, you endanger your standing among those who practice what they preach... not believing in god, or gods, or supernatural things. Or are you suggesting that all atheists do believe in the supernatural things?

Well said. Thank you for expanding.

To be clear you, can say what you want without going to jail as a criminal. If you say something stupid an employer can choose to not associate with you (not equating anything).

Regardless, Christianity is the majority and is therefore in the better place to be tyrannical. I find these stories of the poor oppressed Christians hard to believe.

    we: all of us.
the definition of worship: It doesn't just refer to a diety. It refers to an idol or something that we pay honor and homage to. It is what we spend a lot of time with.

The reverent love and devotion accorded a deity, an idol, or a sacred object. The ceremonies, prayers, or other religious forms by which this love is expressed ...

    lol

Isn't it awful to be in a group that is considered to be a minority? I too find myself in a minority classification x2. I smoke cigarettes and I am a Christian that smokes cigarettes. It is terrible being in such a position. But, Oh Well.

Do you also worship your household pet, be it cat, dog, bird, lizard, or whatever? Do you consider your computer to be an entity that is deserving the title of 'feudal lord'? Do you declare publicly that the computer is your Lord? Do you view your computer to be your 'god', be it false or true 'god'?

BTW: "we" would not, therefore, apply to me, as I do not worship the computer. I force my personal computer to comply with my wishes. Do you have that ability to the extreme?

If your answer to any of those questions is 'yes', then you can rightfully claim the computer or anything else to be your 'god' and worthy of 'worship'. I personally view the computer as a 'tool'. Nothing more, nothing less.

What do you mean "dependent"? I thought you were putting your eggs in the arbitrariness basket, but now you're saying that an arbitrary device such as a sun dial is not really arbitrary because it depends on something else? Doesn't sound like a safe future for your eggs.

Quite simple. If the person placing the sun dial places the dial in a wrong or arbitrary position, then the accounting of the approximate time of day would be in error or otherwise arbitrary in itself as a result of that arbitrary position. Therefore, the dial is dependent upon the person placing the dial in the correct position. Just like any analog thermometer or other analog device, which is subject to parallax of vision is dependent upon the focal direction of the person reading such a dial ... in example... the analog speedometer in your vehicle. Lean to one side or the other while viewing the speedometer, and you will obtain a different reading. It is all arbitrary. The numbers on those dials, gauges, thermometers, speedometers, etc., are all arbitrary and the random user and his/her physical attributes only add to the arbitrariness.

What do you mean with "approximate time"? Are you saying that an arbitrary device based on arbitrary numbers can yield anything but arbitrary information?

How is the placing arbitrary? The sun shines, a shadow is cast, it functions.

And who are you to be making such claims? Aren't you passing judgement on them by dismissing them as being Unchristian?

Also, what do you mean that the Church needs to calm down? Those that care less about things are usually the ones that seem to be more at peace with themselves. As C.S. Lewis would put it: "They are men without chests."

Huh, another failure to substantiate your argument.

You made claims earlier in the thread, and are yet to substantiate them.

    Why?
