LOL If he didn't sign the Bush Tax Cut extensions, he'd have hurt his base since the Republicans wouldn't have signed an unemployment extension. Are you usually this misinformed on politics?

Reagan knew that an actor was just as qualified to manage the "economy" as an economist, which is why he didn't want either one managing the economy. That was his simple wisdom, something that must baffle statists.

    To the OP,

Romney's worth hasn't changed since the last time he released his portfolio, so what's the big deal?

Well obviously, Reagan didn't know how a budget works.

What you implying? That Reagan didn't do anything regarding the economy?

Okay, I'm listening. Can you please make some kind of an argument and put forth some evidence?

I'm implying that Reagan was smart enough to realize that markets are better at managing an "economy" than some economist from Harvard.

Bush didn't bring down the economy and I'd be more than happy to discuss with you what did.

I'd rather hear you discuss that Obama did.

I said before that neither can be blamed for what happened to this economy. I have blamed Obama for not doing the right things to try and bring it back though. I even named a lot of them as you know.

So what? I take "loans" from family members to pay for vacations since its beter to give the money early in smaller chunks, instead of paying an inheritance tax later on. I should have to pay the govt to get money from my parents? What B.S. They already paid taxes to make it in the first place, but they have to pay it again to give it to someone else?

Sounds like it was all going downhill before Bush by the Dems ... so as president of the greatest nation all of mankind has ever seen for 8 years ... he simply borrowed trillions and trillions of dollars abroad to wage war, give tax breaks to the wealthy and deregulate the major financial sectors to remedy it all ...

Ok, what's Romneys plans to remedy Obama ?

I don't know what Romney's plans are for bringing it back. But I do know he knows business. But do you deny it didn't happen just like I said? No it wasn't just the Democrats fault. Both Parties have a lot of blame for what happened. We would have been better off if they had done nothing.

Can you say 'Bulletproof'? They'll be no carping about where his money is. Well done, Mitt.

Anyone here know how I get to pay the same taxes as Mitt? Never mind. I know. That would be a crime against humanity, right leftwads?
