Courts have ruled corporations themselves are persons entitled to certain Constitutional protections independent of any spokesperson.

The only thing that comes to mind is you seem to be insecure enough to require other people to validate your religious beliefs.

I didn't ignore your use of "personhood" I just don't see where it is relevant and to be honest I really don't care that much. You really love to argue semantics don't you.

Whatever dude. It really isn't that important to me. I know I have embarassed you by revealing some basic things you don't understand but don't sweat it too much. I have a feeling very few people pay attention to your posts.

You ignored the definition of personhood altogether so just like any other issue, you ignore the facts that don't support your position.

    You are quite incorrect.

    Please explain.

No. I'm a rationalist who believes rational thought and logic.

I never said I believed in the Big Bang.

I don't see anything wrong with a belief that God doesn't exist. That you're insecure enough about that belief to question whether there's something wrong with you is more troubling. What prompted this concern? Have you talked with family or a physician about your fears?

    Explain how I'm incorrect.

Atheism, otherwise known as the belief in Nothingism, or philosophical Nihilism, is the belief that nothing can exist, or does exist. It is absolute narcissism and solipsism. It is doubting that experience is real. Experience is not to be believed in. Atheists, Nothingists, and Nihilists believe only in disbelief. They basically want to kill themselves, and make themselves look as foolish as possible, to deny that they have belief in anything.

But they do have beliefs in things. They believe the sky is blue, fire is hot, and gravity holds objects to the earth. They are just in such a solipsistic denial of their beliefs and FAITH in scientism, that they're willing to die before admitting their own contradictions.

They hate faith, and belief, in anything.

Basically atheists, nothingists, and nihilists hate "belief" or "faith". Even though they have faith in things, they will do ANYTHING, even die, before admitting their own faith (usually faith in scientism).

    Yeah........right.......whatever you say.

    Thanks for correcting me.

for christ sake..why do you guys get so worked up about this god chit..
everyone has to believe in something..like a woman has a vagina..
that the earth rotates the sun..
it's simple, an atheist doesn't believe in a supreme being and religious believers believe in fairy dust..
no matter what anyone says it's not going to change their beliefs..

A first cause is causeless - and if the universe had a first cause then this cause was also causeless. All other causes are effects of this first cause. To say it with the words of Einstein: "The most astonishing on the universe is: we are able to understand it." or "The universe is understanding itselve in us."

That's an interesting concept. It hasn't been proven but it is interesting.

What do you like to prove - ¿how? - in this context? You would need a position before or outside of the universe to make a prove - but we are ourselve universe - and there's no outside of the universe nor is a before of the universe existing.

The Big Bang says otherwise and if there wasn't a first cause then we will never understand it. Cause and effect is a basic scientific principle so if there was no first cause the that undermines what we know about our universe.

I have a little difficulties to understand this words. But indeed the big bang theory tells us that the world started in a first second - and the expansion of the universe tells us that we can travel all around everywhere in the universe and it will always expand in all directions - so we are always in the middle. On the other side we can see lots of causes coming from nowhere in the vaccuum. I call this sometimes "the echo of the creation". But there are also other questions: deepest temperature - why? - highest speed - why? ... limits - why? ... Why are structures existing? - Why is something and not only nothing? ...

And Newton apes - ah sorry: apples. Darwin was the guy with the apes. And what's common between apes and apples? Exactly: Every ape and every apple has a common ancestor. Interesting world - isn't it?
