TEA Partiers hold peaceful rallies and are very politically active. This prompts screams of racism, and how they want to lynch black people. (just as an example) It saddens me to know that the progressive/modern liberal that has higher education chooses to be ignorant to this now commonplace mindset of their ideology, because, it tells me they are completely aware of it, but see nothing wrong with it and endorse it.

Your post reeks of the very same willing denial that you accuse liberals of doing. People didn't just make up stuff about the Tea Party being racist, and the fact that they do have largely peaceful rallies has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not they actually do have racists among their ranks. But, even if the Tea Party DOES have racists in it's ranks, it does not mean the Tea Party itself is racist. I have personally not seen the Tea Party as a whole supporting any racist measures, while I have certainly seen examples of individual Tea Party members espousing blatantly racist views. Pretending that element does not exist does not make it go away or be untruthful.

And I assume by the reference to "peaceful" rallies in the first place, that you are contrasting OWS to the Tea Party. Am I correct to assume this?

As far as being militant goes, the right has that in the bag. How many left-wing militias do you see out there, organizing people to help the government enslave people to welfare with guns and warnings about the government coming to take them?

As long as you're willing to delude yourself by blaming things on liberals only and selectively viewing the reality that coincides with your beliefs(instead of the more logical method of having your beliefs coincide with reality), you will always be segregating yourself from an objective viewpoint and divorcing yourself from credibility. OWSers are only one contrast of violent miltancy. Have you not noticed the gay acitivists getting militant, and not just verbally? The left is out of control, and I told you why in my previous post. They feel justified in having no boundaries to what they say or do, and that is only going to raise, eventually, the reactions of the right. You cannot possibly claim to have not heard the calls from the right chomping at the bit to escalate to the lefts violent militantcy and rhetoric?

I believe it has been a winning strategy for the right to keep shining the light of the lefts radically violent machinations, while maintaining the peaceful approach in contrast...but that is only going to last for so long. (IMO) When the right steps into the same dung heap as the left has flat out adopted...it will be ugly.

But again... the left brought it, via their anger at the exposure of their failed ideology. People do not think highly of "liberals" anymore. It is a poison word, and that has very little to do with a really great media/propaganda machine from the right. It is because the ideology has been failing globally, and most everyone recognizes that now.
