He broke the rules of his asbo, which he was given and therefore he was sent to prison. He as 40-50 other previous offences, he beat up a non-white person, he vandalised a council owned property. Hence prison.

 

Seems like a fascist to me since he gives the Nazi salute, assaults minorities and actively uses the swastika - what more evidence do you want?

Except the Nazi party was a right wing fascist party that only used "socialism" to confuse workers and once they gained power banned strikes and unions, outlawed communist and socialist parties and instituted ultracapitalist corporatism. I guess you have a point, everyday neo-Nazis do tend to focus more on racism and white-suprematism than actually trying to set up a fascist state. There isn't an easy way to tell if these people are real fascists or just using Nazi symbols because they like the Reich-freak image. Still pretty bad anyway though, and I have a feeling this guy wouldn't hesitate to join a fascist party if Britain had a prominent one.
