Because - see post above - this wasn't the first time this man caused trouble. He repeatedly violated his ASBO. It's rather amusing to see how soft on crime some posters here get once the crime is committed by a racist slug.

How do you know they get ill? Lots of people who don't have HC insurance lead careful healthy lives and don't have injuries or illnesses. OTOH when people have insurance, they smoke and drink and speed on the highways . Who's the anti-social one?

Spray painting a council house door was one in the long list of crimes this man committed. He finally got send to jail when he added running berserk in a pub he was barred from to this long list of offences.
