We have the most "Republican" health care in the world, and it cost twice as much as in any other country. Change was needed. Too bad Obama compromised with the ridiculous Republican positions.

 

You might want to note, before making your specious claims, that the increases BEFORE Obamacare passage, and AFTER Obamacare passage, are virtually identical.

The increases AFTER Obamacare passage is actually LESS given that it is averaged over THREE years instead of two.

 

So the Republican administration presided over the loss of OVER 200 TRILLION dollars of wealth in the Bush Crash, but Obama gets the blame for the spending needed to try to clean up the mess.

Parts of Obamacare have been implemented but it isn't fully implemented until next year.

Better than the drug the cons have been hooked on for the last 30 years, raygun. It is proven to remove all thought process and turn the addicts into floundering, drooling, mindless idiots.

 

Obamacare insurance exchanges have a target date of Oct. 2013 in which the state systems will be implemented. Jan 2014 is the real start of Obamacare exchanges. Until the exchanges startup and insurance companies adjust their offerings we won't know what kind of coverages and premium costs are going to be. Current premium increases are due to the insurance companies getting their last rip-offs before Obamacare gets going. Obamacare's primary goal is to stabilize costs over the long term not ration healthcare as some claim. Time will tell whether requiring all to get insurance will lower or stabilize costs, after all the 900,000 people who claim bankruptcy every year due medical bills should evaporate to a very low number once all the uninsured have to get insurance. In the meantime we who pay for health insurance are eating the costs of the unpaid bills of those who went bankrupt (hospitals and doctors raise their fees and the insurance companies raise their premiums because of it).
