Regardless the issue remains. Those nations are not, in any remote way, Communist. And atheism, as solely the lack of belief in deities, doesn't have a belief system or ideology or claims outside of simply having the lack of belief in deities.

The fascist believed that government should control the wealth and direct it's use as the state sees best.

That includes taking care of the common people and is the reason Nazi's called themselves socialist - because they were.

To be honest I don't know enough about Buddhism to give you a Yes or No on that one.
I'm referring to presumably a small group of people who need not believe theres a God. Require no faith in a God. Simply because they actually have expierienced a God.
By expierience I do not mean sat down and had tea. Wether it be a burning bush or a monkey in a tuxedo I doubt anyone could make a description. IMO you do not meet God you expierience God, and its only on (its) terms when (it) seems fit.
I'm sure many a preacher man would desire to expierence what I once did. Chances are slim. Religion did not seem to be much of a prerequisite before or after.

Even if a person isn't intelligent enough to understand the correlation between atheism and communism just from looking at recent history one can see a society with religion is better off than a society without religion.
