Yes. It's a one-party state with government owned industry, hospitals, etc. etc. But, and perhaps spurred by having to deal with Hong Kong and Macau, the administrative regions they attained, some free market reforms have been allowed, under tight governmental controls.

Sure. In Saudi Arabia leadership is determined by monarchs screwing and having babies. In Communist China leadership is determined by the party.

Further in a communist country, all or most is state owned and wages are set by the party bureaucrats, and it tends to really suck for most Chinese, about 80% of whom still live as peasant farmers.

Saudi Arabia has numerous private enterprises, and more market-based wages and such, however, the monarch owns the country's resources, namely oil, but has been remarkably generous by offering many benefits for subjects who are Saudi born, which is kinda sweet, except for some tough Islamic laws governing behavior, not to mention foriegners are brought in for the crap work, and treated pretty miserably.

Since atheism isn't really an Ism at all, but rather a label made up by theists to discuss a lack of belief in their gods, it's absolute nonsense to claim that there is any necessary connection between these things.

However, I understand the need of theists to try and establish that link. In your mind, it helps vilify atheists and the entire concept of atheism. Oh, those atheists are all murderers! That, or it's just a trolling attempt in response to atheists who attack your theism. Or both.
