You cant base a reasonable fear of death or injury upon silly speculation of your girlfriend on the phone. And all he had to do was go home to defend himself. He instead decided to approach Zimmerman to find out why Zimmerman had followed him.

"(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)s"???? What word is that supposed to be? The word use was a$$holes. Why would you associate that word to mean blacks.

His "MMA style" "ground and pound" of Zimmermans head placed all the responsibility he has on his own shoulders.

What about Z did not suggest a boy bumper? And no, only stupid people go home with a boy bumper on their tail if there is nobody there with a gun to smoke the pervert.

Once it was clear that Z was not acting right, and posed a threat, Martin had the right to defend himself. or put the pervert off his tail. Z had one chance to avoid getting what a boy bumper deserves, but he chose to play Billy Bad Ass and scare the kid into thinking he was about to get shot.

SYG in full effect on Martin's side.

Z should not even have been considered to have a right to defend himself by force because he never did a thing to avoid or ameliorate the situation as required under Florida state law.

You know a trial happened and it completely disagreed with all your child molestation obsessions?

Just saying that a rational person would think that Martin had reason to fear for his life when the pervert went in his pocket.
    Self-defense, dude. Learn it.

The jury couldn't find him innocent of causing a death by being stupid and inept.

Spare me, we send young men off to war at that age. If he had succeeded in killing Zimmerman he would have been tried as an adult.

And probably would have walked. False imprisonment is a felony in Florida, so SYG would favor Martin.

Just spare me, please. I grew up in the hood, I know what its like to be profiled, I have been stopped unnecessarily, searched and mistaken for a black man, so save the "sins of the father speech" for someone who really cares. You can also drop the holier than thou routine, because in essence you are profiling everyone who disagrees with your viewpoint and the hypocracy is making me sick. Hey, you want to know what would work alot better than just blaming politics and the judicial system? Change the way you're percieved!!!!!! I mean seriously take some freakin responsibility.

How idiotic would those laws be if you were mugged and jumped, or your home broken into and serious harm was being inflicted on you or someone you love?

Again just stop, to make a mistake is one thing to lie is another, Martin was not stalked, He had plenty of options available to him, instead he chose to take matters into his own hands, and paid the ultimate price, in the end the blame lies at his own feet.

Urban legends surrounding the case???? It's pretty cut and dry champ. But I will address number 5 in your "Bottom Line"

Fact: Gearge Zimmerman is part black. Fact: George Zimmerman took a black girl to his HS prom. Fact: Gearge Zimmerman mentored and tutored black kids voluntarily. Fact: Gearge Zimmerman campaigned against the Sanford to investigate the beating death of a homeless black man. These are not Urban legends, they are undisputable facts. So again spare me your preconcieved notion that Zimmerman was racist, at no time did he profile or use racial epithets. The FBI has already investigated and determined that race was not a factor in Zimmerman's decision making. Your bottom line isn't adding up.

Why should I excuse someone who broke the law, while you feel it is okay to imprison someone who didn't?

Maybe the upstanding black leaders should address this in house, and educate young black youths to quit glorifying that culture then?

I know exactly why he reacted the way he did, but I will not accept silly excuses like he was a kid not responsible for his actions, cause kids make dumb decisions, that's a cop out. As a kid I was brought up to respect my elders and the clear lack of respect Trayvon displayed that night gets no pity from me. If Zimmerman had not defended himself that night and the beating continued, trayvon martin would have been charged as an adult.

Why should I hold someone accountable who broke no law? Had he been punished for nothing that would be bad for all of us as it means the justice system had failed us. Why do I place responsibilty at Trayvon Martin's feet? Simple, because I have this crazy belief that people are responsible for the things they do, I make excuses for no one. I hold myself to this standard as well as everyone else around me. He wasn't a kid he was a 17 year old young adult that was on his third suspension from school, was known to use illegal drugs, and had no respect for authority. So please spare the innocent child baloney.

False imprisonment? Will you stoop to anything to make a ridiculous post?

????? I'll defer to your expertise on boy bumpers because I haven't seen anything to suggest he was. Thought her suggestion that he was, from the other end of a phone, 100 miles away, to be ridiculous.

He had lost Zimmerman according to his girlfriend. And he did go home. Evidently decided not to go inside.

Defend him from what? Being followed? You beautifully demonstrate the absurd lengths defenders of Trayvon must resort to in their defense. A "MMA style" "ground and pound" of Zimmermans head doesn't create a REASONABLE fear of death or serious injury in your mind but Dee Dees speculation over the phone that the creepy ass cracker was a homosexual rapist does create a reasonable fear of homosexual rape??? Absurd.

Weird dude following a kid in a vehicle for no particular reason, getting out of the vehicle and running after a kid. Sounds like boy bumper MO to anybody who knows anything about the street life or residential security.

She had no way of knowing that. She had no idea of the scale of the area. When Martin was where the pervert in the truck could follow him without dismounting, he had some cause to think that the threat had abated. When the pervert caught up with him, it was too late to do anything but confront him.

From being shot or abducted at gun or knife point. You do not go in your pocket when trying to explain to somebody that you have a legitimate reason to chase him.

What about his actions did not suggest a rapist to a rational mind?

    djlunacee,

It’s very interesting how you seem to really be taking my post personal, Freud would have a field day with you buddy, and reading in-between the lines of your comments would suggest a person with a lot of pent up unresolved frustrations.

You have your opinions (fair) I guess I don’t get to have mine huhh?

Look, if you’re comfortable in defending an adult that also had many run–ins with the law, anger management problems, and mental health disorder problems including people putting restrainig orders on him (yeah champ, those are all documented facts too) then that’s cool.

But don’t (*)(*)(*)(*) on my leg and tell me it’s raining………………….

I’m not too concerned about Zimmy boy at this point because Karma’s going to catch up with him and do some “MAJOR” balancing for taking a life.

I’ll leave you and all the rest of the kid killer defenders to scream on and defend the indefensible.

He was chasing a suspect without probable cause. If it looked to Martin like he was trying to abduct him, Martin had a right to use force to put him out.

They didn't find him innocent of causing a death by being stupid. That falls outside the scope of a manslaughter charge, but well within the bounds of a civil suit for wrongful death.

The people who poisoned my father were never in danger of going to jail, but they had to cough up a hell of a lot of money.

Innocent by Justifiable Homicide. See my sig-line. Zimmerman will be deemed immune from any civil suit. Just takes a filing by O'Mara.

Yeah, so that is why Martin went back and confronted him because he wanted to be "abducted". LOL

He never ran. You made that up because the facts we do have don't fit your silly theory

    Trayvon told her.

The reason why Z didn't testify is that his minions are doing it for him with their fairy tales.

I wonder if OJZ would have been willing to trade his "team" for a PD? I'll bet not. If justice is truly blind, it shouldn't matter though, should it?

Nope. At this point the idiot would have to go to a hearing. You don't get to chase people down and then claim SYG even in a primitive state like Florida with ALEC-written laws.

You see, there's this thing in the constitution about seeking redress of a grievance.
