    Don't forget to mention the over 750 terrorist scum Palestinian militants eradicated which were included in those figures you supplied. That is without doubt the smallest ratio of civilian casualties known to man during warfare in built up areas.

    Kudos to Israel for respecting human life and minimizing collateral harm!:thumbsup:

    Anderson Cooper and CNN have been caught staging fake news about Syria to justify military intervention.

    Well, it's not him acting. He's a puppet.

    As for the differences between the parties... that's mostly an illusion.

    Very interesting comment. Then who is manipulating this puppet behind the curtain? Surely can't be his wife?

    Then the parties are acting instead. Those guys can join Hollywood after retiring from politics.

    I have heard that the Saudis fronted 1 billion bucks to help him get elected.
    Since then, millions of Wahabi "imigrants" have come into America;
    The Saudis can pass customs with no inspection;
    There are at least a thousands Saudi mosques across America;
    We invaded Libya for them;
    We are attacking Syria for them.
    They plan to turn America into the world's greatest "Islamic" country.
    A lot of Americans may find out first hand the kind of horrors that the USA is doing in Syria.

    Hasn't anyone learned. Politics means suffering. Means sacrifice. Means voting the mo- persons out of a job because they are useless... It is our duty and it does not get more basic than that.!

    No she did not.

    She said that whilst half the British Parliament voted to bomb Syria over an unproven atrocity they never did anything to stop a proven atrocity in ex-Rhodesia. I think she is talking about our hypocrisy not her hatred.

    Wherever you are from AF your posts indictate that you hate our country as much as you hate the USA. It would be typical for you to hate your own people in this one as well.

    How is it hypocritical to vote NOT to go to war in Syria AND not to go to war in Zimbabwe

    Because UK has no connection with Syria and no British people live or are at risk in Syria.

    Rhodesia / Zimbabwe is a former British territory which had hundreds of thousands of English people living there. You know the people that were sent there by Britain during colonial times. Britain is responsible for them because they are her people! They have English language, English culture, English traditions. They had their property taken over and destroyed by criminals. Britain did not make a peep. Britain abandoned her own Rhodesians in Zimbabwe. Watch some videos on illegal farm take overs, killings, rapes, destruction of economy and intimidation campaign in Zimbabwe. Where was Britain? Nowhere. Those politicians are gutless little POS cowards who did not care about abandoning their own people. And in Syria all of a sudden they are humanitarians and want to save poor Syrians from evil Assad.

    Mugabe killed 20,000 people of a different tribe in his first half year in office. Britain sent in their army and trained the Zimbabwe army after that! He was knighted by the Queen and given honorary degrees in Britain and called a hero AFTER he killed 20,000 people.

    Now all of a sudden a ignorant prick like Cameron is outraged over Syria and demanding action.

    Where is the demand for action in other countries like Congo? 5,000,000 dead (yes 5 million) in 15 years. 5 million ! Completely ignored by "Western Humanitarian Governments"

    It was the British government that destroyed the Rhodesian government and installed the current mess.

    The British are as insane as Americans over all. Have little doubt their parliamentary refusal to directly attack Syria, the Mother of the Angles, Saxons, etc. will be subverted or outmaneuvered by the war crazies in the British system.

    I want to see the ' justifications ' in legal terms as rolled out by the shysters.

    A unilateral - and unlawful- attack on Syria will drive a ' coach and horses ' through the fabric of international law. Consider that it will clear the way for ' humanitarian response ' in retrospect. Countries could follow the ' justifications ' in imposing ' limited and narrow ' strikes against Washington for its uses of Agent Orange and depleted uranium and strikes against the Knesset for its use of white phosphorous and murder of 400 Palestinian children, along with a thousand other people during 2008/9. Who is it that approves of the ' law of the gun ' ? Why, it's those with the guns, of course.

    Don't forget indiscriminate drone strikes that kill thousands of innocents, plus holding innocent people behind bars for life without possibility of trial, and torturing them.

    Yep, a few ' limited and narrow ' strikes would seem appropriate- by current Washington , er.......logic. . Wasn't that the thinking of the perpetrators of the felling of the twin towers ? Unilateral and illegal action ?

    Was the 9/11 destruction of the Twin Towers punishment of The Great Satan for stationing troops in Saudi Arabia? Just a limited strike and not "a major operation."

    Syrian Girls was talking about the nearly 50% who voted for a Military strike, it was worryingly not a large majority.

    I don't hate any one :) War I do hate and the way the World is going in the hands of mad people..

    You accused Syrian Girl of something which was in your mind not hers, I though it unfair and hey our own faults we can do something about others faults we do not have so much to say about. Are you standing up for our politicians ?

    Joe Biden will impeach Obama if he strikes Syria

    “The reason I made the comment was as a warning. I don’t say those things lightly, Chris. you’ve known me for a long time. I was Chairman of the Judiciary Committee for 17 years. I teach separation of powers in constitutional law. This is something I know. So I brought a group of constitutional scholars together to write a piece that I’m going to deliver to the whole United States Senate pointing out thatthe president has no constitutional authority to take this country to war against a country of 70 million people unless we’re attacked or unless there is proof that we are about to be attacked. And if he does, I would move to impeach him. The House obviously has to do that, but I would lead an effort to impeach him.”

    2007 on Bush

    So let's see if he does.........................

    The President should officially consult with Congress before deploying against Syria.

    Follow the precedent:

    Joe Biden and Chuck Hagel should contrive a list of pretexts, and Colin Powell should present them, but he should not
    mention the $2 trillion the futile "nation building" mission creep would cost the American taxpayer.
