    Incredible.
    http://online.wsj.com/news/articles/SB10001424052702304250204579433312607325596?mg=reno64-wsj&url=http%3A%2F%2Fonline.wsj.com%2Farticle%2FSB10001424052702304250204579433312607325596.html

And this is same president who only three months ago vilified anyone who suggested delaying the individual mandate. It's also the same administration delaying the mandate that argued in the SC the law hinged on the mandate. Confused?

At this point, does anyone know what's left of the law other than a web site & subsidies? And if the individual mandate is now delayed for two years what are they doing with the extra thousand or so IRS employees they needed to enforce the mandate (besides using them to target conservatives that is)? And then there's the trillions in new taxes levied, supposedly to pay for this debacle. Since enrollment is far below expectations it would follow that the need for subsidies is less, meaning they need revenue, right? So, where are the equivalent tax delays? Ha..fat chance.

What a frikkin disaster this POS law is turning out to be! And what's our dear leader doing about it other than quietly covering his ass in hopes of propping up his party in NV....he's partying, golfing & making an ass of himself on stupid web-promo's.

Guess the media at large agree, they aren't saying a word about this delay.

The DNC communications dept (media) does not feel that it is in the Democrat party's best interest to report on this topic

The MSM has much more important things to report on, like what Justin Bieber's up to and who's winning American Idol

So republicans were going to pass legislation along similar lines and Obama threatened a veto. No he turns around a does it own his own. Why do people continue to support this man? I really don't understand how anyone with the ability for rational thought can support Obama.

Because Republicans are evil and have a war against the poor. Obama is benevolent, and much like his flip flop on gay marriage, he has 'evolved'.

All the money they collect in new taxes will be used to bail out the insurance companies for all the money they lost when they dumped all those policies on the order of obama and pals.

Its nice to see that obama and Ted Cruz are now in lockstep on this issue. They now both agree it should have been delayed, and the government never should have been shutdown. If only obama would have listened to Cruz's common sense reasoning, all the pain the American people have suffered could have been avoided.

Once again the President has the nerve to do what he can to keep his promise that you can keep your insurance and the same people who call him a liar because insurance companies preferred to change their polices have a problem with this.

This again is not the same as delaying the whole ACA. So no Cruz and Obama are in no way in lock step on this.

You guys are so full of it.

Remember how Pelosi said they had to vote yes in order to find out what was in the bill? More and more it seems like confused Obama never even bothered to read his "Obamacare" bill even himself.

Question, how can they keep a policy that no longer exists?

Perhaps that can be debated but that doesn't make the false outrage by people who apparently can't read appear normal.

If no one is using this then the false outrage of this thread is even more pathetic isn't it?

Actually it prove how stupid Cruz is. The Republicans are schizophrenic on this issue now. They argue both that the law should be delayed and at the same time that Obama should not be abusing executive power to delay parts of Obamacare. Which one is it? The serious folks that want to actually win the election and not just grand stand for their own purposes know that Obamacare is a huge albatross around the neck of Democrats running in 2014 and 2016. It is in the Republicans interest for Obamacare to be implemented as soon as possible. Obama delaying stuff isn't new either he was delaying parts long before the shut down fiasco and many people surmised that he was going to continue to delay parts the closer we got to the election. Instead of having a unified message ripping on Obama for his hypocrisy the Cruz followers game ammo to the Democrats because now they can claim that the Republicans are being hypocrites for criticizing Obama's delays. The ONLY way you are going to get rid of Obamacare completely is to win the Presidency and the Senate as well. Cruz' narcissism is on full display and has only hurt the Republican cause.

And how much weight Chris Christie has gained or anything to blemish his character. Best interest for the public you see=) A guy who might have been involved with tying up traffic for a couple of hours or a women who is responsible for ignoring warnings which led to people dying. Hmmmm, which is worse? And she lied about being shot at by snipers under guard at a military base. EXTREME insult to our military. AND stayed with her cheating husband to further her political career. Weak willed, conniving, opportunistic woman. AND started the whole Obama wasn't born here, campaign, during the primaries. Holy crap!! OH YEAH, it was HER who first brought it up(didn't really deny it), not Republicans. Forgot about that didn't you MSM and fellow Democrats?

How can they use the exception if it didn't exist until a few days ago? And how can keep their policies if they no longer exist?

I can't figure out if you're just uniformed or just ...........

That it be delayed by law, enacted by Congress, as opposed to delayed by Presidential decree.

Neo-Marxists don't respect the rule of law so it's a foreign concept to them to wrap their minds around

Doesn't matter how, most voters are not going to make that distinction. The Republicans look inconsistent now because they are criticizing Obama for delaying parts of Obamacare and yet a few months ago they were calling for delaying Obamacare. The entire time the whole party should have been on the same page and ripping on Obama for delaying Obamacare and calling him out on his hypocrisy. The question of "If this bill is so great for everyone then why do you keep delaying it?" should have been asked every day by Republicans across the board. Instead Cruz gave the Dems ammo to shoot back. The most important thing is winning back the Senate and eventually the WH. Then and only then can you shred Obamacare completely. Anything short of that is just delaying doomsday.
