As long as any criticism of a group is met with accusations of either racism or bigotry, no problems can EVER be fixed. Only rational, honest discussion can help the situation. Its just so sad, one side is living in continual denial of the roots of the problem. Hint: It can't be fixed by throwing MONEY and FREE stuff at the problem.

The single biggest factor bringing someone to welfare is the lack of a nuclear family. If we fix the families we fix welfare. That is why the Democrats work so very hard against families, because if the American Family once again becomes strong... their brand of socialism, class warfare, and dependency is gone... gone.... gone.

Excuse me, but are you suggesting it is a company's responsibility to provide jobs? Last I heard business is in business of making money, and it tends to hire all the employees it needs to make that money.

In my opinion it is government which causes lots of unemployment. When is the last time you saw a guy with a cart being bushed along the street selling peanuts? Produce? Hot Tamales/Tacos? I have lived in third world countries and the people who do not have jobs provide for themselves in other ways. But try that in America, and how fast will the local police close you down because of any number of stupid laws? Remember the little girl and the lemonade stand in recent months?

Excuse me, but if the economic system adopted by the US government for the nation doesn't provide work, jobs or the ability improve the lives of the vast majority of citizens of the nation, it's time for the government for adopt a different economic system. That authority is right there in the US Constitution for Congress to take control over. Those companies you are emoting over, can't exist or make a cent of profit with Congress' approval.
