Similar story from two news sources:

    http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/polit...tons-server-were-beyond-top-secret/ar-BBorhZI

    http://www.foxnews.com/politics/201...cretive-classified-programs.html?intcmp=hpbt2

When will the idea of a protected class of American citizens end? According to one of Obama's EO's, Hillary is a criminal plain and simple. Every government (including military) employee who has a security clearance is told, very plainly, that sensitive material can ONLY be viewed and used on government systems so that information access can be strictly controlled and monitored. I know this because I used to have a Secret level clearance when I served in the Army. If I had even removed a classified post it note from the room it was authorized to be in, I would have been thrown straight into jail and kicked out of the Army. Yet, Special Access Program information (info classified beyond Top Secret, with am extremely limited group of people with access too) is found on her server on nothing is happening? The Intelligence community Inspector General certainly seems to make it clear that she has done something wrong. When will Congress or the DOJ actually do something about this?

All Congress can do is call attention to it in the Public Eye. Both Obama's Attorney Generals appear to be there as puppets of the administration and I doubt the current one will take any action.

All the FBI can do is recommend prosecution if it comes to that. The decision to prosecute or not lies with AG Lynch and the Obama administration DOJ. Of course Lynch will take her marching orders from Obama. Keep in mine all of those in the FBI working on this signed non-disclosure documents. They can be prosecuted if they say anything about this.

Congress can only investigate, it has no prosecuting powers. That is left to the Obama DOJ and AG Lynch. But wasn't the server in Clinton's home a NIPR server? Now I know the State Department is really lax when it comes to both physical and electronic security. But mixing SIPR with NIPR and now SAP or SCI material? There is so much here that does not make sense.

I think in all this there are state level crimes. If the allegations involving the Clinton Foundation are substantiated then there are some states with jurisdiction involving these types of crimes.

The FBI I feel will release a detailed report giving enough information and direct evidence for a few state's attorneys to run with.

    Cheers

I forgot about the Clinton Foundation. About possible quid pro quo of donations for contracts etc. Perhaps you are right. I was more interested in the classified info found. Appreciate the info.

The FBI will have an internal war if Hillary is not indicted, this is too much, too serious for the typical political coverup.

Of course the FBI cannot prosecute but they can put pressure on the AG and also make their findings public if push comes to shove.

I am done paying taxes if she is not subjected to the laws of this country. The Obama Administration and Hillary Clinton are not above the law. Not this... it's too far above the fray.

Notice how Hilary has been kissing up to Obama and his policies? Wonder if she is working for a Presidential Pardon?

I thought that myself, especially after hearing her defend Obamacare so vehemently.
But she'd still never survive the election!

There is no civilian clearance higher than Top Secret

Top Secret is applied when the unauthorized disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause exceptionally grave damage to the national security. Information above Top Secret is a misnomer used by the media. Sensitive compartmented information and special access program have additional controls beyond classification levels regarding their dissemination. I'm guessing this is the type of information on Mrs. Clinton's e-mails.

It's not her fault! When she admits she doesn't know the difference between twitter and tweeter, it's expecting too much of her to differentiate between a secure server and an email server! If it's in the computer, it's in the computer!

You are lost if thats your defense.
Documents don't have to be marked "classified" when going to and from the Sec of State, it's already a given.

Yep I agree, if its covered up the info will be leaked and Hillary will have caused another quagmire of wasted tax dollars.
