And 148 of them not just recognize but allow visa free entrance for the holders of Israeli passport. So much for the international boycot.

No, the boy was being used as it says in the writing. The others were running away. He was not quick enough being only a young child. The boy is brought further forward into the line of fire and forced to stand in front of a soldier. There is no way that would be done if he was supposed to be being protected by them. At 22 seconds you can see the boy being hit by a missile and after rubbing his arm. He is clearly very distressed. When you believe they are standing in front of him is either at the beginning when they are checking him out or after he has been injured and the Palestinians are screaming for him to be returned. Presumably the soldiers are deciding what to do with him. Then they pack him into the van, to arrest him, I guess, as they said. Palestinian children are arrested and taken to military court usually without any parent or lawyer to protect them and usually in the middle of the night. They are often also tortured.

The Israeli military running people (Palestinian civilians) over with tank and bulldozers, gassing them, shooting them down like dogs in the streets, launching air-strikes, and deploying naval artillery because the other-side threw rocks (isn't a civil war), it's not a war at all, its genocide. In the US, on the other-hand, we know how to through a real civil war (no rocks, no protests, no waiting for election day).

Why did you use the word "genocide" just once? It would have been much stronger if you had used it three or four times.

Today is the birthday of the modern Israel, and after living in this country for what is now 8 month, the worst thing I can say about Isralies is that they are soccer loving degenerates.

But they are anything but racist.

Of course they're not racist, it's just Semites killing other Semites because of religion. I prefer the term apartheid over genocide when I'm talking about Israel, the great Zionist apartheid. You know Palestinians have been known to play a little soccer also, perhaps they could mend differences in a friendly little game of soccer for a change once in awhile.

Killings are hapenning because Arab leaders use Israel as a scapegoat to divert anger of their people, while they are robbing it blind.

But right now, after our defence minister has declared that the next conflict will be the last for the organization, that will start it - be it Hamas or Hesbollah - we are having unusualy long period of peace.

And I would have prefered if people spent their free time on reading science fiction books and discussing them and not stupid soccer.

I was sort of responding to earlier posts that pointed out that the Hamas still does not recognize Israel's right to exist (which is correct). The Hamas now accepted the 1967 borders as a framework for the two-state-solution, yet Israel generally does not want to accept the 1967 borders, which is why the Palestinians cannot recognize Israel's right to exist. How do you recognize a state when you aren't even sure what borders the other party is talking about?

Hamas are terrorists and they are shifting their positions just because they are scared. We in Israel don't care abot what they have to say. As long as long as they don't touch us they can do in Gaza whatever the world allows them.

Then you posted in basically your VERY NEXT POST

"Hamas is under no obligation to recognize Israel. Many countries do not recognize Israel- and for good reason. Palestine does.

Further- territory cannot be gained by force. Israel must withdrawn from Palestine. You can claim the opposite as loudly as you like- but you'll be wrong and you'll be supporting criminal acts."

You make it IMPOSSIBLE for a lot of us to have any sympathy for the crazy double speak that comes out of both sides of your mouth

sorry, but hamas does not accept the 67 borders as the framework of a two state solution. Apparently you aren't familiar with palestinian double speak. Liberation of the homeland includes liberation of what they refer to as the zionist state. Liberation in this context can only mean one thing.

As to recognizing a state with border disputes, that has happened regularly throughout history.

Actually, using their own words from their charter,

" Our struggle against the Jews is very great and very serious. It needs all sincere efforts. It is a step that inevitably should be followed by other steps. The Movement is but one squadron that should be supported by more and more squadrons from this vast Arab and Islamic world, until the enemy is vanquished and Allah's victory is realized."

"The Prophet, Allah bless him and grant him salvation, has said: "The Day of Judgement will not come about until Moslems fight the Jews (killing the Jews), when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say O Moslems, O Abdulla, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him. Only the Gharkad tree, (evidently a certain kind of tree) would not do that because it is one of the trees of the Jews." (related by al-Bukhari and Moslem)."

"Israel, Judaism and Jews challenge Islam and the Moslem people. "May the cowards never sleep.""

"Arab and Islamic Peoples should augment by further steps on their part; Islamic groupings all over the Arab world should also do the same, since all of these are the best-equipped for the future role in the fight with the warmongering Jews."

    Here is the actual quote:

"Most of the people coming here are Moslems who think the land doesn’t belong to us at all, to the white man. A number of them have said that openly on television."
    http://honestreporting.com/racist-quote-mistranslated-by-haaretz/

But I disagree with it. I live in a city of Beersheba which has quite a big portion of immigrants from the African countries. They are good people and they are treated well.

I really think that you're very confused - but it isn't evident why. Explain how you arrive at ' double-speak ' from my simple statements, above.
Why emphasise ' countries ', for example ? Weird behavior.

Maybe you should spend an evening watching some of David Sheen's videos, he specialises in exposing the blatant racism and bigotry at the heart of Israeli culture.

    2. Algeria
    3. Bangladesh

The following countries did have relations with Israel at one point in the past. (Time period of relations and reason for breaking them off are in parenthesis):

    1. Bahrain (1996–2000; Second Intifada)
    2. Bolivia (1950–2009; Gaza War)

    7. Mali (1960–1973; pressure from neighboring countries)

    ha ha Thanks for that.

    https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2012/jun/06/israel-rightwing-europeans-migration-toxic

An Israeli poster was claiming in post 220 here (sorry there is a fault in getting the link for the post) that that man is Tunisian and 'not quite white' himself and that all he was saying in that bold bit was what the refugees said. I was not convinced and it seems now he may have a habit of speaking like this. ;)
