It is still taught in the rural public schools, which the urban public schools have replaced with LGBT training classes and immigrant tolerance training.

I like my rural neighborhood, every low crime if any, open spaces.

Of course. We were also taught that taxes are a necessary evil.

..........as well as a limited government is what the founding fathers envisioned, not the Deep State.

FDR had to save it. So I agree with you. Only a wisely managed capitalism can provide for the greatest number of people. Capitalism looks great on paper, but because of the human nature found in the elites, it doesn't serve a nation very well as a whole without it being managed, with anti monopoly laws enforced strongly. And as FDR promoted, a reasonable profit instead of maxing it out by hurting others.

I've said this so many times before but nobody cares to listen, but the threat to what we are as Americans is from the vast majority of the people. They're more concerned with arguing and insulting each other then they are with actually discussing and working with one another. Party loyalty has taken precedence over trying to bring people together and doing what's best for the nation.

If you really want to fix things, then you stop with the labelling and actually take time to listen. Don't let the politicians or media do the thinking for you. And act like adults and show respect to everyone.

But none of you really care. Insults and accusations are more important than the welfare and progress of our nation. This and every thread here is proof of that.

Monopolies are the antithesis of capitalism. Monopolies are much like communism, the only difference being privately run rather than state run.

The rural minority has disproportionate representation in the senate due to the EC. This is an undeniable fact. got nothing to do with black or white either.

It's strictly geographical, and was INTENDED that way. Every state gets 2 senators, giving every state an equal voice.

Hitler, Franco, and Mao were all progressives because they wanted to buck the traditional culture in exchange from some insane utopia.
The culture of Europe that they all hated was the traditional Western Patriarchy.

    Very true.
Russia was better off under the Tsar than they were the scum like Trotsky and Lenin.

Agitprop. Rural Americans aren't a threat to anyone.

    Christianity is.

Sadly higher education has become political indoctrination over the last few decades and the so called educated have in large part had less education than indoctrination.

Less than 1% of the US population is Muslim. At the moment, we're more concerned about the extremists of the far right-wing.

Right-wing conservatives have the same relationship with the Constitution that they have with their "Bible". That is to say that they just pick and choose the parts that the like and consider the rest to be rubbish

"Love Thy Neighbor?" As long as he doesn't have one of those funny-sounding names.[/QUOTE]

    The left:

    Ronald Reagan? Evil.

Islamists throwing gays off tall buildings? Not so bad.
