How do you recommend cutting the time period for appeals? Are you going to support massively increasing the number of available judges, prosecutors, state-funded defense teams, courtrooms, etc with all the tax cost that requires? Or are you going to simply call for cutting appeals?

If option B, are you cool with being executed the first time the state murders an innocent person in the abridged appeals process that would have been proven innocent with later evidence?
