    Just so you know, CNN has 2 different feeds, one for the west coast and one for the east coast and the programming is not always the same.

    I was surprised he didn't shoot too. Maybe the RCMP have different standards on when to use deadly force.

    No, I just didn't expect them to be covering 'increased cell phone usage by the President' on a day their was a terrorist attack in Canada killing 9, the perp of a quadruple homocide was just arrested and the Senate is about to vote on the closest Secretary of State confirmation vote in recent history......

    Really? Is that the RCMP mandate for their officers? Actually, Toronto is a large metropolis. They may have their own city police force and not use the RCMP.

    I'm being facetious. I'm pretty sure every police force allows their officers to shoot people who are pointing guns at them, as the fellow in the video was doing.

    I've been listening since you posted and not once have they mentioned anything about phones. They have just finished talking about Toronto then went on to say that George Bush is in critical conduction, then mentioned that after the break they will talk about the capture of the waffle killing and talk about the SOS. Nothing about phones.

    PS are you sure that you want them to talk about the white shooter? I've seen it stated that CNN continually exaggerates white shooter crimes yet here you are saying that they have ignored talking about his capture

    You never know. Canadians have a reputation for being very polite. Their police may also apologize for arresting their criminals.

    I'm sure CNN is thrilled it was a white van. Then they change back to Trump to make people think the perpetrator is white. That's why their ratings are below the Watch Paint Drying Channel.

    Name reported as Alex Minassian age 25. Minassian is a classic Armenia name. So unless he is some crazy assed convert to Islam I do not know where the Muslim thing would come from.

    Not every armenian is Christian. He could have converted/been radicalized in Canada.

    And it would suggest importing people from war torn cultures isn't a great idea.

    Yup I know that Christianity is the predominent religion in Armenia and among Armenians living in Iran, were once living in Syria. That is why I said maybe some crazy assed convert.
