WHICH SIDE IS JEFF SESSIONS ON, ANYWAY? Questions like that become unavoidable when Department of Justice officials who are supposed to answer to the Attorney General continue to give congressional subpoenas the middle finger.

House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes is now warning Sessions will be held in contempt if such defiance of congressional oversight doesn’t stop. If Nunes is threatening Sessions with contempt, how long before President Donald Trump makes it a moot issue?

 

So at any point are we going to hear the right weing apologize and claim that they were wrong when decrying there is no due process for trump and mueller is acting without judicial oversight? The ideas that somehow all laws in the US were void and procedure was not being followed seem to be incorrect given our system is operating and allowing for a defense for those being investigated.

The "raid" is presumably the source of the financials being questioned. Muellers authority to conduct a raid seeking 10 yr old bank docs is what the judge is rejecting. The evidence is tainted.

 

The way they got in required no “hacking” of the server. No information of use would reside on the server. They actually had the passwords, which meant that their would be “know access”.

 

Please stop while your ahead. You KEEP pushing things that you know nothing about.

They did NOT need to hack the server to get the emails. Your just wrong.

 

and they got that password how? they got it by a program called a key logger which is sent by an email which someone at the DNC opened that email and inadvertently down loaded that key logger program which then records key strokes like passwords
that is called a hack and if the FBI was allowed to examine the server they could trace where that email with the key logger hack program was sent from and who created that program

 

That is called Phishing but you are only speculating and have no real facts since the DNC refused to let the FBI to look at their servers.

Or how about the Reuters/Ipsos poll that don't believe their own poll showing Trump at 50% so will not publish it?

 

And also, clearly, outside of his scope document. Which begs the question of why, knowing this, Mueller et al continue to act so illegitimately.

 

The judge already scoffed at that suggestion. He literally said "so what?" The raid was legal and if Mueller disappeared tomorrow it would immediately be picked up by another US Attorney.

 

How so? Except for the fact that the raid was BEFORE the Aug Scope Document, it falls within the scope of the original appointment of the Special Counsel...

 

The special master will decide what others will see. The "crime from the poisoned fruit" based on the raid will only fly if a fellow ideologue decides it might go forward. SCOTUS will have the last word, again. But by that time, anyone who was poisoned will have had their reputations destroyed by these zealots.
