a political blog ARE NOT normal (yes, I include myself). To pretend the vast majority of Americans are going to follow YOU into civil war over the petty ass bullcrap
you argue about everyday is ludicrous. Get ahold of yourselves. People who spend more than a few minutes a week posting on the internet do not represent
the average American. They're abnormal.

Not that I'm disagreeing with you, but it's worth noting that most wars are fought by a relatively small amount of extremists. So do not assume that because most Americans are apathetic that it somehow precludes the possibility of another major war between Americans. Even if 0.5% of the population were waging war against each other, it would be one of the biggest wars in history.

 

The AofC was a miserable failure the first time around. Not seen anything that would alter that from happening again.

 

Only if you consider a bloody war to be a hallmark of "success".
