In any case I was pretty sure that that number was old given the increase in unemployment the US has deliberately created in order to bring Gaza to the brink of genocide so that they will agree to Trumps 'deal of the century' and I was right.

Accordingto International law Judea and Samaria are not occupied. The Huege Convention, 1907, is irrelevent to the relaity in Judea and Samaria, since this territory was never been taken from a state that controlled it prior to 1967. Moreover, according to article 2 of the Fourth Geneve Convention applies only to occupation of territory belonging to "another High Contracting Party". and Jordan nor Egypt can not show such title in Judea and Samaria and in Gaza.

There is no 2.1 Millions of refugee. According to the Refugee Convention, 1951, which there was stated who is refugee, and which is the extent of this title is been valid to specific people, declered there that the title "refugee" cannot be transfered geneticly to a different generation. Which means, the refugees from 1948 cannot say now, according to that convention, that their child are refugees as well. That kind of statement is a breach of the Refugee Convention.

 

According to the international law expert Dr. Gauthier, who wrote extensively on the subject, the West Bank is legally under Israeli Occupation:
