    There is nothing funny about liberal propaganda. SNL has been pretty much trash for years. I suppose everyone says that sooner or later, too much is focused on young people, it grows stale to me...

    I think SNL is very funny, however it's one thing to make a joke about someone once, then perhaps ok if you do it a couple of times. But what they've done is basically created an industry around humiliating Trump so I would be rather concerned if I were them.

    When new material is provided weekly they would be foolish not to use it, and a service is provided by presenting humor in news. All Uncle Donny needs to do is stop doing stupid stuff or grow a set.

    Material or not, I think it will be interesting to see if the courts draw a line. I believe there is a line and it's been crossed many times, not only with Trump but even the Obama's however they never sued.

    I would go as far to say that perhaps Americans will treat their presidents better if the court did find in Trump's favour

    To be fair, we do have laws against defamation in this country, even if they are trickier than in other countries because of our First Amendment.

    That said, I think Trump would have almost no case against SNL because it would fall into the category of being "obviously ridiculous". (Like the Supreme Court ruling between Jerry Falwell and Hustler.)

    The best thing the educated public can do is to speak up with their wallets, by not supporting "fake news" media and tasteless pandering so-called "comedy" like SNL. Let them survive off the viewership and support of their low-brow low-information crowd alone, or learn to improve their content.

    I wish CNN and MSNBC were treated the same way. They are forced on us by our cable TV packages. If we could buy TV a-la-carte, the market would decide that these 2 channels would go out of business.

    Ahh.. they've made fun of every president since they've been on the air... no exceptions... Trump just makes it easier than most..

    And the LAST thing he should want to do is mention courts.... his cabal is going to see plenty of court time in 2019...

    P.S. The XMAS sketch wasn't even all that funny.... but I'm all for anything that gets to this snowflake...
