    If it's unsolicited and factual it is not collusion, it's just information and I think any politician would hear it and use it.

    Had the investigation been properly conducted she would be in jail right now.
    And exactly what computers were hacked into, the private ones she wasn't supposed to be using for government business. The ones with hard drives she smashes with hammers, aka destroyed because they were evidence?

    On the same day, in front of the House Intelligence Committee, the Republican's special witness - Andrew McCarthy, a National Security expert - said he would call the FBI under the same circumstances. Trump, however, wouldn't. And goes so far as to say that the FBI Director is wrong - he wouldn't need to call the FBI.

    The lefts fake outrage is what is most disturbing here. Trump is about as honest a president this nation has ever seen. The left pretend to care about lies but that in itself is just one of their endless lies. Trump said he would listen and now the bed wetter's are in full wet mode. Well once again, that is not a crime and if it was, Hillary would be crispy in a chair. When Hillary paid for a fake dossier and then used it, the media ran with it for 2 years and still haven't let it go, that is a non story to them but a fictional what if, is their next pathetic smoking gun lmao.

    Who could possibly believe one word a democrat says? If you want to stop the lies, don't back the communist party of 100% lies.

    It makes absolute sense to my mind. Why not? I don't see any problem at all. It's politics after all not engineering or sales.

    Any politician that says the contrary is a liar. And not a good politician.

    Let's start with the hypothesis of the info being truthful.

    Collision to what? To show the truth?
    Foreign interference? To show the truth?
    Subversion of democracy by showing the truth?
    Obstruction to what exactly?

    Do you believe that if the info is truthful he should discard it?

    A legitimate company hired to collect opposition research does it for one reason - financial gain, money.

    When a foreign adversary interferes in our elections, it's for an entirely different motivation. They're not doing it for money. They want something more than money because they have all the money they could ever want. They're doing to subvert our government, to turn Americans against each other, to sow discord and create chaos. They're objective is to erode the foundations that our democracy are founded on and create distrust of our intelligence agencies and Constitution.

    That's the difference.

    Some of the hysterical need to put on their thinking caps. The FBI is part of the administration. The President heads the administration. The President has the power to release any information the FBI uncovers. In effect, the FBI works for the President.

    When the 'insiders' start deciding who the President can or cannot talk to then they are acting unconstitutionally.

    Of course Trump should accept factual information since he would be doing a service to the American people. The Democrats on the other hand, not only took information that was not factual, but they knew it was not factual, and were even involved in making up that information so as to deceive the American people. That is traitorous and criminal.

    If you can't tell the difference between the one and the other, then you have a real problem.

    It's not something a presidential candidate should do. Do you think Roosevelt would have accepted Nazi "dirt" on Wendell Willkie in 1940? Of course not. If your enemy is offering to help you, you'd be an idiot to think there aren't any strings attached.
