No, the pink and blue cake had an underlying symbolism. Look, I don't really get why Jack refused to make it, but I respect his decision. Funny thing is, if the trans woman didn't explain that the cake was to celebrate his so called 'transition', then Jack wouldn't have known what the pink and blue meant and he would've made it, but of course the trans woman wanted to make sure Jack refused. I'm sure that he also would've made a plain cake without any 'gender transition' symbolism even if he knew it was to celebrate the transition.
