When is a Whistle Blower not a Whistle Blower? Here's what the MSM won't share with you.

The "Whistle Blower" cannot maintain "Whistle Blower" status. He/She operated outside of the realm of a "Whistle Blower" on many counts, but the two most relevant are:

(1) A "Whistle Blower" MUST MUST MUST (must is the word in the law/regulation) MUST go to the Inspector General FIRST, and ONLY then can they go to Congressional committees. We have confirmation that this person went to at least 3 Congressional committees first. The law was written that way, because they DID NOT want any Whistle Blower to collude with, consult with, or work with Congress prior to taking the proper actions within the Executive Branch. This person FAILED to follow the law to maintain "Whistle Blower" status.

(2) A "Whistle Blower" within the CIA can ONLY file complaints against .... wait for it.... THE CIA. He/She cannot go against the President or another office holder. ALL previous valid CIA Whistle Blowers ONLY were allowed to go after the CIA for misdeeds.​

There are more, but those two alone NUKE this person. We will see their identity. They will be asked who helped them. They will disqualify themselves completely.

It wasn’t immediately clear what Trump believes “happened in China” as it relates to the Bidens. For that matter, Trump has never explained "what happened with Ukraine," either. As a matter of fact, no one has explained what it is the Bidens did wrong.

On the other hand, there are numerous sources that conclude the Bidens did nothing illicit, and those sources are not disputed by Trump, the White House, or the dwindling number of Trump cohorts.

Trump said that “I haven’t” asked Chinese President Xi Jinping to investigate, “but it’s certainly something we should start thinking about.”

Trump is not about to ask Xi to investigate the Bidens. Why in the world would Xi help Trump. Only his base could believe such an unlikely possibility. Trump always talks to his base, and, obviously, no one else.

Then came the always inevitable threat for which Trump is infamous. He is not happy unless he is making threats against someone. Here it is. Are you ready for it?

“I have a lot of options on China, but if they don’t do what we want, we have tremendous power.”

It is just another bogus threat. Trump has issued countless bogus threats. They, too, are meant for his base. They love his threats, but even they know they are fake. The very last thing Trump wants to do is aggravate the trade war with China which is posing a recession threat to our booming economy. He has had enough.

Incidentally, after losing 738 points on Tuesday and Wednesday, the Dow rallied for a whopping 122 points today. The Dow now stands at 26,201. That is 238 points below where the Dow was on Jan. 29, 2018. Does anyone think Trump wants problems with China?

That’s standard procedure for all criminals. Try to get the evidence excluded by claiming it was illegally obtained and discrediting the police, the prosecutor and any witnesses against them. It works sometimes but not very often.

It's a good thing impeachment doesn't have to follow those rules. There doesn;t need to be any evidence in order to impeach, technically. It's a purely political concept. They don't have a burden of proof, and aren't subject to judicial reciew. All that matters is that 2/3 of both houses vote against the President.
