    Three women have come forward to publicly accuse Gordon Sondland of sexual misconduct before the prominent businessman became the US ambassador to the European Union.

    The women shared their stories in a lengthy report that was jointly published Wednesday by ProPublica and the Portland Monthly.

    The alleged instances spanned seven years from 2003 to 2010 with women who believed they were attending business-related outings with Sondland, the founder and CEO of the Provenance Hotels chain, which has 19 hotels in Portland, Ore. and across the country.

    “In decades of my career in business and civic affairs, my conduct can be affirmed by hundreds of employees and colleagues with whom I have worked in countless circumstances,” Sondland said in a statement. “These untrue claims of unwanted touching and kissing are concocted and, I believe, coordinated for political purposes. They have no basis in fact, and I categorically deny them.”

    Wow. I guess the Trump administration was pretty negligent in vetting him, then.

    As AJ says, this looks like a smear campaign. But even if true, so what? His testimony is consistent with that of others. Their various stories fit together to make a compelling and consistent narrative.

    The FBI should investigate, do you believe their scope should be extremely limited like has happened in the last few sexual misconduct allegations against Republicans? Or should it be a full unbiased investigation?

    If he is guilty then he should be removed and arrested.
    If they are lying they should be arrested.

    Err, 10 minutes and she said nothing! Anyway, is the point of your thread to highlight that Trump does like to mix with sex pests and appoints the "best people" to positions of power?

    You really believe Nancy will let it get that far so the Biden's will need to testify? Chris Heinz? Devon Archer? As well as taking Kamala Harris, Corey Booker and Uncle Bernie Sander off the campaign trail to sit on the trial that will acquit Trump anyway?

    Waiting until there is a reason to do so makes these kinds of complaints ignorable. Women who feel they have been sexually abused by a boss should come forward immediately. How else can you put a stop to it? At this point it is politics and pointless.
